I don't believe in Global Warming.
The temperture rise is not an effect of CO2 emmisions.
Temperture started to rise first before the c02 did, not the other way round. History has shown that tempertature change is a part of the earths cycle and will rise and fall.
The way people react when you say you dont believe global warming is alarming!
There was a good channel 4 program about it a while ago i think
Thanks for this. Totally agree. Global Warming yes, CO2/human cause no. It's the new evangelical religion.0 -

So you think- with all due respect- that you are right over a massive amount of the world's and the UN's leading scientists?
What intriques me is- what have the Green lobby got to gain by making out the Green case? Is it Their massive egos? The oil companines however (for oil companies see Bush Administration, China, India, AND the companies etc) have ..... profit, and LOTS of it to gain from discrediting the green arguments. This argument does seem reminiscent of the 'world is flat' brigade in the past..0 -

There are also a massive amount of the worlds leading scientists who disagree. No scientist has ever proved that CO2 emissions cause global warming.0 -
has it ever been disproved?
and what do you make of : what have the Green lobby got to gain by making out the Green case?0 -
So the US govt and their ilk are the defenders of the working class man's tax dollars? They have no ulterior motives? Like their own greasy palms?
What utter tripe. I agree that government policy isn't always as effective as it could be, and most governments aren't completely trustworthy, but those who deny global warming is caused (not exclusively i agree) by humans, are simply wrong- and i think you can agree on this- selfish too.
Just imagine that you are wrong- in 50 years time when it is conclusively proved that it is us leading to massive damage that wouldn't have been otherwise caused- it will be too late..but at least you guys will have enjoyed yourselves and didn't put yourselves out. That is an incredibly selfish point of view, assuming you aren't doing anything to help the planet- and it's other inhabitants- the plants, and other animals, not to mention all of our children..0 -
the green lobby just love a good old moan
Its like religion..I am an athiest..the burden is not on me to prove that nothing exists...as that is impossible.0 -
Right....so without any effort to even substantiate your argument, you are going with the 'it's not my problem...why should i do anything about it...' argument.
Point proved.0 -
lol i didnt say that at all, i was talking about religion.
But seeing as im not the cause of global warming, no im not going to do anything about it.
I turn everything off standby and have energy saving bulbs...to cut my electricity bill
I recycle what my council allows...as it cuts down the ammount of time i have to go outside to the bins
I hate this global warming arguement....carbon footprint? is there a more annoying phrase??!!!0 -
...end of the world as we know it..? it sounds melodramatic, but look at the facts and it's scary0
