I've been with AutoAid for a couple of years ..... & you've just reminded me I must check it doesn't automatically renew (new car has 5 year breakdown cover so don't need it anymore:T just left this years' policy as would've only for £3 back!)

Thanks Sista you just reminded me - I need to sort out some kind of breakdown cover. I got stranded broken down late on a foggy night a couple of weeks ago and it was very scary...... In the end I called a taxi and left my car - had to go back and sort it the next day - nightmare !
I will have a look at Autoaid

If you've had Sky and cancelled it, then that card should work for a while - you'll just get the freeview channels but they do a clean up every now & then & cut them off - and you then need to buy a FreeSat card.

Where are you getting the box from as they don't need to be expensive.

I had a look in Asda earlier and they're £180 so i've been looking on ebay and they're going for around £100. Some one on the digital forum posted a link to the Humax site for recon one's but they're around £200 :eek:

It doesn't say anywhere about a card though. Not even on the box at Asda....

The new cutbacks sound like they will be profitable, and :j to seeing 15K soon.

Funny you should say that ...... there's a girl on here one of the threads I used to post on (we had a long running DF thread which several of us posted on) - who was pregnant and .... through general chit-chat, discovered that she lived in a village not too far from me ...... was pregnant - as was one of my colleagues DDs was who was also pregnant, due at the same time & lived in the same place .....:eek:
