Lying when upgrading on 3 Mobile

I dont class that as lying!
No different to 3 telling me how great this mobile was when asking me to upgrade, and when I complained about it 3 months later because it just would pick up a net signal, they said 'oh but that is not really designed with the internet in mind'!!
I've 'lied' to reduce bills from Virgin, BGas, Sky etc etc!
They lie to me on a daily basis!! They fail to offer me 24/7 service and make excuses for them all the time. They increase prices & hide behind legal fine print to justify it.
FEEL NO GUILT IF YOU GET ONE OVER THEM!!!0
