    Looks like we will be needing to Police the CAB forum to correct any mis-guided advice on PCNs then.

    Luckily, my Hubpage about dealing with PPCs has a constant daily stream of visitors so people are (slowly) learning about how to deal with the parasites like Excel, Parking Eye etc.
