I'm not disputing anything. But you realy need to look at how it comes over and look at your PR. Biting an organisation Martin is giving £1m on their first day on here doesn't make them look bad.

You could indeed. But that's the problem. You're so up yourself, and adored by likeminded cronies, you forget I am entirely your equal as a member on these forums, whereas the CAB have been invited on by the owners of the website, and you have been unceremoniously dumped back into a small corner and been told to get lost by the moderators. So, either get your heads out of your backsides, admit your approach is entirely wrong, stop trolling, and work with them, or languish in a backwater by yourselves, whlist thinking how unfair it is we can't understand how wonderful you are. Supply the truth, work with them, or shut up. Your choice really.

So. What, exactly, are you doing here, then?

Me, I got sucked on on the disabled parking at the hospital remember, then it's just like watching a train crash. I want to stop, but can't.

Use a bit of willpower, man! Mikey, this little backwater is a working forum that deals with one specialised area. People who come on are either seeking advice, or giving advice. It isn't a forum for chewing the fat. It may seem surreal to you but I suspect- and I know you appreciate straight talking- that you don't actually know very much about how the surreal world of private parking works. If you did I do not think you would have made some of the comments which you have made. Posters like Coupon Mad have forgotten more about private parking than you or I will ever know. So unless you have useful and informed advice to offer the people that come here seeking help.... please do not get in the way of those who do.

I was thinking about volunteering with the CAB, and then I thought, "No, I might just as well work for a PPC and get paid".

Perky's going to love it over there. :)
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)

Maybe you need to read the threads I've actually posted on. One started by yourselves to have a laugh about a company who ticketed a disabled car. One about phoning parking eye for a laugh. One about agreeing it's ok to cut off clamps, not even for anyone that has been clamped, just as a "what if" (And if you think that went down a normal route......) Parking on pavements, (you've been there). And maybe one halfway real thread on running a car lot from the back of your flats, and even that one had no real advice. And then this one, starting a prank thread to wind up the CAB on a different forum. I couldn't get in the way of the regulars if I parked a truck on here. And as you're always telling us, I can ignore any ticket you put on it anyway, and keep coming back. It down to the landowner on this one.

As you clearly do not like it here, be kind enough to close the door behind you.
  • Clearly someone with more than a few chips on his shoulder. The sort of person who would pay his unenforcable PPC invoice without asking any questions. Personally I think we can all be relieved that the CAB will not be providing advice on PPC begging letters as their track record of basing their advice on that supplied by the BPA hardly inspires confidence. Far from being a backwater (which he cannot seem to refrain from visiting nonetheless) this sub-forum does a huge amount of good work in educating people about what is effectively an organised scam.

Like it? it's becoming addictive. I find your private policing of a website you don't own, and trying to remove anyone you don't think have a right to be there ironic though.
