    Good night all.

Hugs to those that have needed them today and for tomorrow.

Glad others have laughed at the Exercise for the over 50's. Thought I'd share as I'd laughed too when I read it! :)

Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have plenty of room at each side.

With a 5-lb potato bag in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try to
reach a full minute, and then relax.

Each day you'll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer.

    ........
After you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each bag.
ha ha, very funny :D:rotfl::rotfl: That sounds like my upper body strength - zero!

    EXERCISE FOR PEOPLE OVER 50

reach a full minute, and then relax.

Each day you'll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer.

After a couple of weeks, move up to 10-lb potato bags.

Then try 50-lb potato bags and then eventually try to get to where you can lift a 100-lb potato bag in each hand and hold your arms
straight for more than a full minute.. (I'm at this level.)

After you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each bag.
    :T:T:T:T:T:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:im at the same level

Thanks, my neck and shoulders are sore, might end up at the docs with it! Didnt see any cameras but there might have been i was so shook up, well they got half the reg and cant hide the fact the car is damaged unless they put it in hiding

As others have said you need to get it on your medical records - a few years ago a biker went into the back of me, I think I was in shock for a couple of days at the disbelief that a biker wasn't pre-empting the road ahead (I rode pillion on 1st hubs bike so know how well he read the road ahead). I ended up getting physio, as soon as the physio hit the muscle that was in spasm (if that is the right term) with deep friction massage it was like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders - so if any symptoms persist please do get it treated. Hope you get a good nights sleep tonight
I am lost for words and feel very humbled at all the responses I have received. I knew that I could share with you all but never expected the reaction I got, you truly are very special, each and every one :A

I tried to reply this morning before I left but could not see through my tears, some tears for sadness and others for the overwhelming support from you all, so just left a quick one before heading off.

The strength you all gave me was more than you could ever know, I just wish there was some way I could repay each and every one of you individually. I have never experienced so much compassion and comfort. :A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A

The day did not go as planned, Dr's decided to do it tomorrow instead at the family's request (something I cannot go into) so sat and held her hand most of the day. They have now moved her to a private room which I assume is normal for these things. Dr's have also explained the procedure which has put my mind at rest a little, as I was scared she would feel pain, struggle for breathe etc.

Feels a bit like Deja Vu really but I know when I am there tomorrow, I might not have the strength not to show emotion but I carry the strength with me to be there for her, hoping she knows she is not alone :(

    Thank you Elite :A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A:A

Thank you for letting us know - you have been in my thoughts today and I will hold you in my thoughts and prayers for tomorrow

Live each day to the fullest

    Amy D. Liskey

Sitting on the steps, looking across the lake,
Wondering why, life at times, can seem great.
But in that second, it took me to just think,
My life could change, faster than a blink.

Is this a reason why we should always cherish?
Not knowing when loved ones may suddenly perish.
Living everyday, like it was our very last,
for our days could be very long or go by very fast

So I'll cherish and take nothing for granted,
not say things that shouldn't be chanted.
If this is the last day I have on this earth,
I accept my life, for what it's been worth.

Tomorrow isn't promised to young or old alike,
Today may be the last day I'm able to hold you tight.
Don't wait for tomorrow, do it all today,
If tomorrow never comes, you'll never regret a day.

For 3dogs and misaligned hero and anybody else who needs it

Lovely and so true - thanks

I have been keeping a eye out for these but not found them as yet - in your store have they been located in the household aisle or car stuff aisle?
