re the vacuum debate, they all lose suction after a while so don't spend too much, we have a dyson and a vax and the vax is better.
re the washer dryers I wouldn't do that again, not very efficient but they may have changed. Could only dry half the load (max 3kg I think) so had to wash half loads or take half out, right palava.0 -
Alan had a good sleep last night and had his tablets at 8am then went back to sleep for a while, but was hungry so got up about 10.45am. I stayed in bed, but heard him retching so got straight up then. He'd been putting his breakfast cereal out when he felt sickly and started retching - was only fluid, and it had stopped. He sat down and I finished doing his cereal and fruit and when he started eating this he felt better
We watched the cricket for about an hour, but he had the pain in his side, so ended up having to go back to bed, where he is now. I am just going to wake him for a snack and his 2nd lot of medsMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

I received one today for a free 1 Litre bottle up to value of £2.59. They are 2 for £3.50 at the moment so was thinking of getting two and with the voucher should be 45p per carton assuming they would put through/it scans at the indivual price of £2.590 -

When I burn the motor out they usually say they will get it collected and a new motor put in, that means I am without a hoover for around 2 weeks, no way could I go that long, so I go out and buy a new one then sell the old one when its back with its new motor, I usually get a good price as it looks like new I wash and dry the hoover drum and wipe over the hoover before putting it back each time its used.0

3dogs sorry to hear Alan has had a rough night/day *hugs* to you both.
Calm Spirit hope you feel better soon hun.
Regarding the washer dryer don't do it! Perfect breeding grounds for bacteria, they just end up stinking awful. My friend had one built in as her kitchen was tiny and she ended up getting it removed it was that bad!
Sorry to ask again but think it may have gotten lost last night:
When printing price checks how is best to do it?
Right now my settings are 90% so I only get one per sheet. Surely there must be a better way to do it?
I got a Turkey on boxing day which was dated 26th or 27th I cant remember, stuck it in freezer but haven't had chance to cook it. How long can it stay in there for? Also will it be ok when it defrosts as the use by date was so close.
Also I have 2 of the free cake vouchers and 1 free cherry bakewell voucher. What is the best way to use them especially in conjunction with flop voucher.
Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end0
