I am getting Bosch Fridgefreezer and dishwasher, the Bosch washing machine I wanted is out of stock. I would quite like a washer dryer but the Bosch ones seem to have a small capactity 5k wash and 2.5kg drying.

All my appliances (fridge, freezer, dish washer and washing machine) are integrated and are all Neff, would definitely recommend Neff, have had no problem with them at all.
Don't think I would go for washer/dryer as you could only either wash or dry, not 'do' both as you can with separate ones.

We have a samsung washing machine and I would happily sing its praises- I have very long hair and have tended to break machines easily (yes, with my hair!)

How do you manage to break a washing machine with your hair?...:eek:

    Hi
I occassionally added a few snippets in the good ol DTD days but then stopped logging on for a while job reasons, time etc, lost my password but now joined again. So good to be back.

Lots of familiar names, this is not really the right thread name to be asking this question but 'you' do seem like my friends in a very strange way as I have read your posts and just been part of your funny stories and sad stories.

I need some advice, I have some really lovely item ( not through DTD) but very lovely make up and face creams and perfumes that I have tried to sell twice at a local boot fair but I really cannot give away these lovely items that cost anything between 8-20 pounds for 50p and so I wondered do you think its better to ebay or amazon or do you think asking 40% of the original asking price is too much and I should face facts and give this stuff away for pennies ?

Try E-Bay as suggested already as it is free listing this weekend. Also maybe sell in groups rather than single items. Say you have similar items then sell as a package. Also try Amazon as it is easy to list. Welcome back aswell.

Looks like Price Check/Promise changes aren't in force yet, so business as usual. From article today in This Money

"We want to be sure we're giving customers the best possible information when we start to promote the website nationally,' said Tesco's spokesperson. The new terms are not yet being enforced to allow a change over period, but will be in the next few weeks."

Couple of interesting quotes from T FB page - must be MSE'rs - that £17.92 voucher looks seriously like a quadruple B & J deal :D Hands up Kelly and Andrea (Minnie?) :)

From the article on the "new" Price Promise

    "
The new service is exclusively for Tesco Clubcard customers, reflecting the supermarket's commitment to put Clubcard 'at the heart of everything it does"

    :hello:Afternoon lovelies

Haven't posted much at all in the last 4 days, spent all my time playing catch up with you gasbags! :p

Mum's endoscopy on Wednesday went really well. She was so brave and only had throat spray rather than sedation, much to my horror!! But she did really well and the results were all clear :j:j:jSo if the symptoms persist, she will be referred to ENT instead. Thank you so much to everyone for their advice about the endoscopy procedure, you were wonderful :D

We both had a stinking migraine, probably from stressing out but as it's on the way home I managed a few quick MSE stops ;) Reduced my returns pile for T's to zilch :T:T:o:o stopped off for an ice cream sundae to sooth Mum's throat from Mc D's  as it's on the way into A's ;) So left her in the car munching while I had a brief womble, 2 great receipts yielded nil point :(:(:( booooo! Hunted high and low for the Kingsmill trays but none to be found :( Queued at CS to return a top for agesssss because of a difficult customer. Thought I'd ask about the Kingsmill trays and she asked how many I wanted :D:D:D:D:D I asked how many I could have and she replied how many products have you bought?!! :(:(:( So I explained and she was very lovely and called her boss. Boss said no  Lady next to me at CS said they were selling them in that store the day before for 2p each :T So CS asked if I'd like to speak to her boss:eek::o:o:o:o After a lengthy discussion and phonecall to her boss, she said to CS lady 'give them away!' There were only 8 and I said could I have them all (maybe a bit greedy but I think I worked hard enough for them! ;)) and she asked if she could have 2, so I said 'Of course!!' :T But then she changed her mind and said she'd only have 1, so I got 7 and they were all the Union Jack ones too :j When I defrosted the freezer a few night ago, I smashed one of Mum's melomine trays and I smashed another a few months ago and never got round to replacing them :o:o:o:o (never got any 1p leaf trays :p) so these will suffice ;):D

Nipped in Hotel Choc and picked up a nice treat for me and Mum ;);):D (still can't thank neosi enough for yopmail :T)

My local have real food and price flops :jbut they only sell the bacon pieces and ham joint MAM products :( so will have to venture further afield ;)

Whoopsies have been DIRE this week :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::( Am wondering if this is a coincidence or perhaps not :money::mad: I'm hoping it's just bad luck! My saving grace for the week was a £5 choco caterpillar b'day cake last night for 10p :D:p

Did pick up a couple of large cans of de-icer last night in A's for 35p each and OXO stock cubes 18pk have been reduced by half again from 84p/75p to 42p/38p respectively.

All my new price promises came through too. I most definitely will not be using them!!! Such a stupid idea of T's resending them all though!

I've had a pretty rubbish week, both all the usual carp and being ill. I've been in so much pain this week, the top half of my body just hasn't felt like mine and I've had really bad legs too, got my feet soaking as I speak :p:o Thursday I had the migraine from hell, how I made it to the docs for bloods I just don't know, I was in such a trance

Had the dentist yesterday to finish the root canal. Felt much more confident going this time knowing the root was dead and I was so wrong. It was soooooooooo painful! I was going to get it crowned straight away but have deferred for a few months to let the abcess and infection (hopefully!!) die down. Not looking forward to that bill but I love having nice teeth so will pay with a :D:rotfl:

And that concludes my life story :p:cool::rotfl::rotfl:
