how long were you comping before winning anything?

I'm sure that in a few months, once some of the comps you have entered recently have expired, you will have won something. Especially if you stick with your 78 per day! The best ones for me are the ones that just turn up in the post. I came home to a surprise digital camera one day - no idea where it came from. And another time a giant Thornton's egg was sitting on my doorstep. Those are the moments that make comping worthwhile.

Hi i enter lots every day but I only enter the comps I'd like to win and I don't enter fb or twitter comps. I don't want my fb clogged with stuff and I have no followers on twitter (lol). SO how can I enter as many as I can if i don't want random prizes that are no use?
Been comping since August had 2 wins!

I just came across this thread, and after a whole month of comping and not even a sniff of a prize, I had started to wonder if one would every come! After reading that Zombieslayer25 was in the same position as me, then seeing the signature with all the wonderful wins, it has given me fresh hope, so thank you so much!

I got my first WEM today
That is after comping (LOTS!) for 3 weeks and 2 days.

After entering numerous competitions over the last 3-4 weeks I have finally got my first prize this morning.

It is a paperback novel Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn.

I had no email confirmation or anything else that suggested I had won something so this was a nice surprise, especially as a few hours earlier my sceptical girlfriend was telling me I should give up comping as I had not won anything yet.

This should keep her quiet now as the book will be for her, not me.

Only a small prize (Cover price £7.99p) but a nice start to what will hopefully lead to bigger & better prizes.

I am somebody that is not normally blessed with good luck so this is a good confidence booster.

Keep your heads up everybody that is still to win something - It is only a matter of time before your win(s) come in.
