You, my dear lost soul, cannot even string a sentence together!
When I can earn £1750 a day consultancy fee ( google LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt Consultancy Fees and you will see that I am pretty reasonable!). I don't want/need to work everyday ... I am retired, collecting my Pension, working part time and I must thank you for paying taxes so that I get the winter fuel allowance which heats my swimming pool.
I have a full life, thanks :T
My favourite channel is showing football all evening so I have read this thread from start to finish and cannot believe how serious a lot of people are taking this. Mr. Rees - this is a fabulous wind up and has given me such a laugh. You are very humourous, Michael McIntyre would be glad to have you as a stand up guest.
Enjoy his comments in the spirit they are being written - ONE VERY HUGE WIND UP and you are all continuing it with your over the top responses!!!:rotfl:0 -
No sign of any recession at all in Sainsbury's!!
"Sainsbury's has reported a rise in sales in the face of a "challenging market", led by its smaller convenience stores and online operation.
Its like-for-like sales excluding fuel - which pulls out the impact of new store openings - rose 1.4% in the three months to 9 June from a year earlier.
Total sales at its smaller stores grew 16%, while online sales jumped 20%.
REJOICE!! Someone is buying - and that someone is all of us - don't do that in a recession, do we now?Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -

Life is full of selections, of choices ..... I choose those news items which give a positive feeling.
Why should that be worse than posting doom and gloom?? ..... the Forum has Graham_Devon and homeless for those depressing threads!!
I say there is enough space here for both camps to plug their corners .... me trying to raise moral and spirit ... the others mentioned above trying to make people sad and depressed.Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -
