Morning all.
Nice to see seafarer's wife posting again.
Well I haven't done any flying since last week, just the dailies. This morning I've vacuumed and swept through the house, but I'm not feeling 100% so will work from home, and doggies won't be walked as I don't want to stray from the house.
Will go and clean some plugholes. At least then I can say I've done something off the lists!
Catch you all later.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Well I can't separate the scalextric so it'll have to stay up.
I know it's early but does anyone fancy joining me for a HHC?NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20

Mrs mp - LW's on holiday - unless I've lost a week and that was last week in which case she's probably getting herself sorted after being away!
Just sorting out 1 of the cupboards in the kitchen - can anyone tell me why I've got 3 boxes of frosties open?NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20

Morning all
Highlight of the day so far is that the blue (recycling) and brown (garden) wheelies have been emptied
Forecast is poor here for today so just doing one wash which can go on the maiden. Ironing just about up to date.
Plan is to clean mine and DS"&3s bedrooms and have a bit of a sort out in their cupboards. May pop to Mr T later (coupons) and possibly do an hour in next door's garden if there is a dry spell.
Also try and find Harry Potter book for DS3 which has somehow disappeared.
Valli - how did you find out about the spectrum - is there an online test? I have a belief that loads of us are somewhere on it :rotfl:The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
thanks JJ, with missing a few days last week and not being here properly over bank hol i must have missed that info glad she ok
re the frosties same reason i have several coco pops open at aany one time and usually multiple jars of choc spread on the go, because children grb the first one they see instead of looking for the one that in use!
how did your HHC go JJ? im just about to start one.
youngest Ds now awake so hes woken one te the sleeping teens, they are now gaming. will offer them breakfast then make a start on the days listSPC~12 ot 124

Have a good day, everyone, despite the rain that seems to be everywhere.0 -
Well, we are not going on our day out, just to the house of the friend we were meeting.
So, have an extra hour or two with not travelling. Have put wm on, kids are having breakfast and watching Nemo again (how has that DVD not workout yet?). Might get iron out in kitchen with my mini board and do the curtains I washed a week ago... Then will do downstairs loo.
So can't wait for my new mattress tomorrow... But you know when you build up the idea of a good nights sleep, when in all reality it's not going to happen anyway? Well, it'll be nice to get back in my own room anyway...Bossymoo
Away with the fairies :beer:0 -
Heavy rain & low light levels here.
DS1 is emptying a bookcase ready for relocation done with DS2 help
