Cottage Pie filling is on and I'm stewing the fruit for the last lot of jam (can't be bothered to skin, so will pass through a sieve once it's soft
).
DH has gone into town with his mate and it looks like he'll be chickening out of jobs. He'd better not complain about the state of the house ever again!
DS1 and GF are still not up, but I can't wait any longer - got to get in the shower.0 -

MrsMP and Aldahbra re daily tasks, this is from the first post of the thread. HTH.
Daily routines are anything you need to do on a daily basis like washing, swish and swipe kitchen and bathroom, ironing, making beds, vacuuming high traffic areas, making meals etc.
Night-time routines are all things which make getting ready in the morning easier, preparing clothes for the next day, making lunches, swish & swipes of the kitchen and tidying the living room before you go to bed plus personals like shower/brush teeth etc.
Swish and swipe/S&S means have a quick wipe over an area such as a sink or toilet to prevent the build up of dirt. This is usually done on a daily basis.

Afternoon. I've not been posting but I have been lurking and I have been cleaning. I've done all the rooms this week, not necessarily in the right order. It's pouring with rain so the washing is draped round indoors.

Just sorting out 1 of the cupboards in the kitchen - can anyone tell me why I've got 3 boxes of frosties open?
Reason is explained well my MrsMoneyPenny. Solution - I was suffering badly from this so a few months ago I went out and bought 4 (expensive) plastic cereal storage containers from Mr T. I put the cereals to be used in them and leave them in an easy to find place. Any other cereals are hidden away. I think that the containers are close to paying for themselves already. (My little darlings and the big one won't eat stale cereals.)Dustykitten wrote: »B]Valli[/B] - how did you find out about the spectrum - is there an online test? I have a belief that loads of us are somewhere on it :rotfl:
I don't mean to but in but did you mean me, ref my DD in a post yesterday?
I don't think that there is an online test, but really if you do have concerns you should talk your GP/health visitor/school nurse or other suitable professional. If you a concerned about a child, I would do this sooner rather than later.
