Don't worry, i'm on it. Got an interview next Friday!
I just thought after 2 years, i'd have more to show for my hard work other than bonus.
Alas, i'm going to have to try my luck in a department that isn't so cliqueyMortgage 1: May 2012 £90,000 April 2020: £47,000

In other news i ran for 2 hours this morning.
I have a half marathon next Sunday. I was aching so much when i came back and had to climb the stairs to my flat.
(I'm only on the second floor, someone who was moving in was hogging the lift!)Mortgage 1: May 2012 £90,000 April 2020: £47,000

Oh God just had someone BANGING on my front door. Now i never answer my door (i live in a flat) and especially when i'm home alone. It's half 7 at night too.
They banged on four occasions in two minutes. I spied through my spy hole and it was a middle aged woman. I have no idea who she was.
She would have known i was in because my washing machine is in a cupboard by the front door. It was switched on and spinning (loudly) as my flatmate had thrown some smelly clothes in on his way out.
What would you do? I never answer the door to strangers.
She's gone now but i'm hiding in bed with Corrie switched on.Mortgage 1: May 2012 £90,000 April 2020: £47,000

Haha i hope it wasn't anything important!
Treated myself to some Chanel perfume the other day (it's a tester so cheaper)
i don't own that many perfumes really and sometimes it's nice to smell good and for it to last a bit longer!
I own Flowerbomb and Guerlain Insolence too. (that's right, in total i have 3 perfumes)Mortgage 1: May 2012 £90,000 April 2020: £47,000

When i mentioned to my manager that i was looking for jobs elsewhere in the company because i felt like i couldn't move forward in my current role he has put me on the back burner even more. Giving other people progression opportunities over me.
It's a lose lose situation. I spoke to my dad about it and he says it's quite common in the workplace especially 'if your face fits'.
I was in a similar position earlier in the year, I loved my job, was doing a good job too, but was told I was only promotable in 3-5 yrs:eek:
So I had to change departments which I didn't really want to do but I had no choice.
So good luck with the application.Start Date 16/09/2015

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
