Mr S Lewis, father of Mr M S Lewis, is a partner in Stuart and Associates.
Stuart and Associates received £26,320 during the year as payment for operational management services.
This cost was met entirely from the funds contributed in the year by Mr M S Lewis of £26,320 (including Gift Aid).
Stuart and Associates was owed a further £7,280 at the year end, which was also met by a donation from Mr M S Lewis.poppy100 -

You could have then bought shares in it.
I issue is that ML sold the site to the higest bidder.. I doubt no one else would have bought it. You watch... the next 3 years will show ML for who he is.
I personally will complain to the BBC if they continue to have him on Radio 2 and Fivelive. To me this is now a company and not a personal site. BBC can not favour a company over another.
I expect his present on the BBC will be gone now, or limited.0 -

No charity accounts expert but don't those figures look a little out of kilter? Is it basically saying that, of £86,000 available, almost £35,000 was swallowed up in expenses?0 -

people will be watching MSE like hawks, any stunts like that and the site is dead
IMO they will only keep the brand name and ditch the rest, the conflict of interest is too high, lose-lose situation, in this scenario the options are censor the site and lose value, or let it be independence and have one arm of the business damaging the other.0 -
