My LiB box arrived as well :D I'm happy with all of it. Pretty much a perfect skincare box for me. INs in white, below:

Etat Pur Micellar Cleansing Water (190ml)
Melvita Naturalift Youthful Skin Cream (15ml)
    Murad Exfoliating Cleanser (30ml)
Balance Me Moisture Rich Face Cream (10ml)
    L'Occitane Angelique Hydration Cream (15ml)
    Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Complex (4ml)

I'm most excited about the Kiehl's as I've wanted to try it for ages.

I'm going to be good and finish using what I have open before trying anything, with the exception of the Midnight Recovery Complex. :)
this is the same as mine, like the fact there is a coupon with the occitane as may well use it:)

Rosemary - I was so keen to look at the products that I put all the paperwork to one side and forgot about it! :rotfl: I might put in an order for a single Etat Pur active as they are offering free delivery and three samples...I'll leave it at least a week before ordering though, as the idea might just slip out of my mind :rotfl: I'm looking forward to trying the L'Occitane moisturiser :) (Bother! I want to open everything RIGHT NOW!)

Selfridges - worst customer service I've ever encountered...

Phoned on Mon 17th to ask for replacement for disgusting used make up. Told it would be sent out ASAP.

Phoned on Thurs 21st - promised it would be sorted & I would be kept up to date with progress yada yada yada

    STILL NOTHING HAPPENS

Phoned today (9 days after first phone call) - stock no longer available so they just refunded my money. (If it had been sorted on the first day I'd have a replacement...)

    :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

The used make up was bad enough but having to chase them up three times to do something about it??! Really rubbish.

(A manager is going to phone me tomorrow so I can tell them what I think of their service...)

(I feel a bit better now I've written that :o Normal happy posting will resume...)

Thank you :) I'm usually such a happy little thing and more likely to send a thank you email than a complaint but they have been absolutely useless. It'll be interesting to see what they say tomorrow (IF they remember to phone me!)

I hope that you get your LiB box tomorrow. It's ace!

I'm very excited, can't believe how excitedI get over these things. I'm really hoping I don't like the LIB box next month (they seem to release these monthly) as I'm really trying hard not to buy stuff.

I got the sample kit of BB cream yesterday, is it L'oreal Repair 10? There were three little sachets and a voucher but as usual there was no colour choice and they send medium which is way too dark so I cannot try it. it would be better if they had light, medium and dark to choose from and then at least you might purchase if you can actually try it out.

Hoping to have a uu to report tomorrow, am planning a nice bath and face mask session this evening and should finish my no7 bubble bath.

This bb cream phase isn't going to end it seems.
I hate when they give you a sample that doesn't match, what's the point of that right? lol

You can tell the manager also that their beauty counter sales associates are ridiculously rude and snobby. Tell him that 4 days before Christmas, I was so offended that I took my £200 and spent it at Harrods instead where they didn't look down on me.

Chanel nail vernis in June - in all fairness this wonderful weather put me in such a good mood that I just had to get it. It is also a non buy as I redeemed my boots points for it :)

I will! It's ridiculous  It's amazing how many bad stories I've been told about Selfridges. It's amazing that they can get away with it...I'm glad that Harrods were nicer to you :) My experience of buying a couple of things at Liberty was perfect - the Shu Uemura lady was lovely - absolutely sweet and helpful despite the fact that I was only buying a couple of sale items :) It should be a treat to deal with these department stores.

I think that saving up your Boots points for one special thing is a great idea. :D 'June' is a perfect Summer colour (and cheering for all the grey days that we're having :o)
