Not a used up but I've HIT the pan on a blusher!!!! How often does that happen. I just want to see how much I can use of what's left because I usually wind up with the products breaking before I can finish it.0

Am hoping to get 2 or 3 more uu in before the end of the month in readiness for going cold turkey in July I'm not working today so to keep myself busy I have a whole day of chores planned -yawn.
VALM - you seem to have a big present buying culture at your work, is this something you choose to do or is it expected? It is something I have never experienced really, just collections for weddings, leaving etc and buying buns for birthdays.
I may have another couple of UUs before the end of the month - one is the 60ml bottle of OPI nail lacquer remover. I repainted my fingers and toes last night (am wearing OPI Got a Date To Knight on fingers and Leighton Denny Sophisticated on toes) and reckon there is probably only enough left in the bottle to re do them before weekend. The other is my handcream.
Good luck with going cold turkey. Be sure to keep counting the days like I have. I have felt better for not buying anything and the comments you lovely ladies have made on here have been very encouraging. So here we are day 27.
I work on a team of 7 people and 5 of them have had their birthdays already. It seems that the team buys for each other because at Christmas they only take part in the Secret Santa within the whole firm (another 100+ staff) so because they are not buying for Christmas they buy for birthdays instead. Should be less expensive come Christmas time then? I also had my friend leave in May hence why I was buying more than as leaving gift. It's not been so bad though as most of the team are women and the gifts have come from my stash.UU
L’Occitane Amande Smooth Hands (30ml) - WMBA once the stash has gone as it was really lovely & effective. I'm enjoying switching between small tubes of different scents though and have lots to work my way through! I'm onto a 25g tube of Crabtree & Evelyn Gardeners Hand Therapy now
My handcream may be the only UU I have now for June. Am using L'Occitane Lavender and now have the key locked around it so it's nearly gone. Have a bottle of LE to open next.
Willowbee was the smooth hands cream part of a set? I've seen the sets on QVC before. I've used the Crabtree & Evelyn Gardeners hand therapy cuticle cream before now. Not very effective but has a lovely fragrance.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. This could be just what I am looking for. It is my birthday next month and I have been asked if I would like anything special. Last year I did get a lovely set from Q** and I have been thinking about something like that again.
Hi Fiasco, have a look at QVC on Sunday as they have an Elemis TSV on. It's a kit that is a mixture of both skincare and bathing products. It's Super Sunday on QVC this week - apparently there will be 3 TSVS every hour. Thank goodness I will be out of the house all day.The Body Shop buy 3 get 3 free has just finished and today I got a new email offer of 40% off and a free shower gel when you spend £5. They are never ending. I deleted it straight after reading and also threw away one of those £10 off a £25 spend in store for July.
I really like their stuff but can't carry on buying it and have to get over that ' this offer is too good to miss' attitude.
I feel the same way about TBS. I could do with some more shea or coconut body butter but am now wary of these offers because I used to overspend for the sake of it. Am going to have a look at their outlet at Cheshire Oaks on Sunday though in case I can pick up a body butter there but I remember the old outlet used to sell a lot of overstock that never sold well in the first place.kiplingmonkey wrote: »Here is the link - nothing grabs me but just in case some of you are interested. May be slightly cheaper than other stores but not if Debs have their 10% off beauty offer on.

Thanks for the link kiplingmonkey. The prices though IMHO are comparable to Debenhams at the moment. This is the link from that site to the kit that MrM bought me on Sunday which was the same price at Debenhams.

Now, I have caught up with thread I have some INs to declare. BUT they were freebies from a friend so still NO SPEND. She gave me 4 x nail lacquers - 3 x Andrea Fullerton (I remember two of the names - Sharon and Jade and I think the other was a nude colour) and a bottle of black crackle. Sharon and Jade are minty green and pale grey colours.
Well gonna go and get ready for work. Have a good day everyone.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I got the sample kit of BB cream yesterday, is it L'oreal Repair 10? There were three little sachets and a voucher but as usual there was no colour choice and they send medium which is way too dark so I cannot try it. it would be better if they had light, medium and dark to choose from and then at least you might purchase if you can actually try it out.
Hoping to have a uu to report tomorrow, am planning a nice bath and face mask session this evening and should finish my no7 bubble bath.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

GA’s 15 items, lipsticks, eye pencils, eyeshadows, mostly gwp’s, plus 2 sets false nails all to CS.
All my make up, except a couple of new items which I have put away so I won't be tempted to open before I use up old stuff, now tidily stowed in top 2 drawers of my Helmer. All pencils sharpened ready to go (sounds like start of new term:rotfl:) Next job wash all the brushes. Daily stuff in make up bag, as I often put make up on in car while OH drives.

I bought it last year and gave bath stuff as pressies, first 3 items are on my HG list. My cleanser will be a UU this week, and I am 2/3 through hand cream. I tried to order last night but couldn't and was just about to ring CS this morning and found I could order, so have done so.
As soon as it arrives I intend to do a spread sheet and mark up the ONLY items I will be allowed to buy for the rest of this year, I shall need much wagging of fingers from you girls if I look like weakening please:):):). Now off to *bay to delete things I have been watching. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0
