My friend gives me a bottle of S&G clean on me 500ml. I have opened it already and I will try to use up as quickly as possible.

Yep, 6 months of showers there in one pesky bottle, no matter how many pumps of that economical dispenser you use at a time to get rid of the stuff! I was halfway through my Clean on Me at xmas when my mum thoughtfully bought me another bottle  It was very hard to keep the grateful present receiving face on :rotfl:

Tater I am very jealous of your verbena bonanza, what a helpful housekeeper that was! I don't stay in classy enough hotels, all mine have the toiletries firmly attached to the bathroom walls :D

    I have UU :j (and Ins :o)

    UU first
Revlon eyeshadow quad (yes an eyeshadow really) technically only 50% UU since I finished the two lighter lid shades and still had the two dark liner shades left but I never have time to do the eye contouring thing so no point keeping these! WNBA as I have a lifetime supply of eyeshadow to get through

Green People Day Solution SPF15 - WBA although not in the trial size tube because I had to cut it open when there was still half left. Didn't pill up under foundation and didn't seem to make me oily so all good!

BS Chocolate body butter sample - WNB, didn't like the scent, it was really sweet and sickly but not at all chocolatey

Now Ins - I went into SD to stock up on dry shampoo (buy 1 get 2 free, thanks for whoever posted that last week :D) and I saw L'Oreal NutriGloss on at £1.85 for the 400ml so now I have more shampoo and conditioner to add to the stash. I don't think I'll ever be stash free because I can't resist an offer!

Sorry for the epic post, I have been rambling!

I haven't posted in ages so apologies. I'm also a newbie. I know we said no toilettries, but what happens if you buy a lipstick to replace one you have used up -does this count?.

I personally would say it depends on how many lippies you have in your stash already that you could use. But if it's a HG colour then I wouldn't count it as an IN.

Currently watching the football with a chocolatey-mud mask on my face...

Just when I thought I was getting through the stash of shower gel (only 3 left)... My friend gives me a bottle of S&G clean on me 500ml. I have opened it already and I will try to use up as quickly as possible. After that, I only have a liz Earle body wash, Molton brown heavenly gingerlily and an aveda personal blend shower gel i got for my birthday. I will use the clean on me as shower gel and hand wash to try and get rid ASAP !! Xxx

HAHAHAHAHA - Clean on me doesnt know the meaning of the word "quickly", it breeds....

I was going to say the same. The last time I had that size of Clean on Me it was like the duracell bunny! lol I love the other shower gels you mention as well although I haven't tried Aveda. When I was at the Trafford Centre on Sunday I was going to buy a bottle of Molten Brown shower gel for my male boss but didn't in the end as I couldn't believe how expensive it has got. Granted, I usually buy Molten Brown from the outlets or online and it's been a long time - I personally only use their hand lotion which lasts me a good 18 months - but £18.00 a bottle? Have got him a bottle of wine instead.

Firstly, Happy Belated Birthday to Maddiemay :bdaycake:

To be honest it'll be a bit of a stretch paying it off but I figured it'll be worth it! We went to Egypt last year so I had all new holiday stuff then so I really don't need to mad buying lots of new things - although I may need to remind myself that!!

What a nice treat from MrM. Definitely sounds like you're making mega progress on the Q front! Well done! :T

We're staying in Panormo, near Rethythmo so further to the west of the island than Agios Nikolaos - cannot wait! I'm glad its not just me on the toiletry holiday shopping front! We've got 20kg baggage allowance so not too bad. When we went to Egypt we only had 15kg and I had to put some of my things in MrEm's case or I'd have been over weight - we were only going for a week :o

Ideally I'd like to lose quite a bit of weight beforehand so feeling focussed at the moment - I'm much better when I have a target such as a holiday or wedding to aim for than just being good generally, that's when I come unstuck! Wish me luck!!

As we're sailing from Southampton we don't have a luggage allowance but our toiletry weight is creeping up as there are now two of us. Emma is nearly 14 and packs make up for every eventuality!!

Good luck with your weight loss. Like you, I feel more motivated when I have something to plan for. When we were shopping on Sunday I tried a jacket on in M&S. I thought it was a size 16 (it was on the wrong hanger and was an 18). Felt thrilled when it felt baggy on me. The 16 fits great though so I got it.

Holiday sounds great Emsjune, agree that ValM is doing so well on the Q front, I am doing so much better on Q and supermarket/chemist, but I am so tempted by the forthcoming Elemis special, if I do go for it I must not buy anything else in July from anywhere.

It seems that a few of us are trying/needing to loose a few pounds, it's good to know we are not alone in this.

Have a good Monday (if there is such a thing:eek:) sunny here so garden beckons.

    Happy belated birthday maddiemay.

Treating yourself to one TSV isn't so bad though I don't think. For anyone who uses the Elemis cleansers and toners timetospa have a BOGOF on at the mo. Looks like on purchase of cleanser you get toner free.

    Hi Ladies!

I have just returned from a lovely break to Bruges with OH for my birthday- what a gorgeous city. And because of that I have a few(!) ins to report - although none were bought ones :D.

We were staying in a fantastic hotel that happened to give you gorgeous L'occitane verbena products. Much to my delight the housekeeper left the housekeeping cart by my door each morning and I may have slipped a few extras in to my pockets on my way to and from breakfast - I would like to feel guilty about this but I really don't and now I have an excellent stash of free L'occitane products! It would have been more if the OH had filled his pockets too but he wouldn't :( Sad times!

    So ins are:
    L'occitane verbena shower gel 50ml
    L'occitane verbena shampoo 30ml
    L'occitane verbena conditioner 30ml
    L'occitane verbena body lotion 30ml
    L'occitane verbena soap 15g

I don't think I will mention quantities but lets just say my bag was extra heavy on the way back!

And 2 little sachet outs while we were there:
L'oreal shampoo and a hair mask conditioner. These were fine but nothing extraordinary.

    Happy Monday everyone!

Happy belated birthday Tater and nice haul. I love L'occitane verbena. Am trying to find out what products are in the bathrooms on our cruise in case I can lessen the toiletry load and maybe stash some for home usage ahem xx

Now I've caught up have a UU to declare. As foreseen the V05 Give me Moisture conditioner has gone.

Oh yes and we're on day 26 and I still have no (personal) spends on cosmetics.

Have a lovely day everyone. At least it's dry here at the moment.

I have a full bottle of Clean on me in the stash but it will be some time before i can face using it, I was using 10 pumps a time on the last bottle and it still lasted ages.

Re the eyeshadows I have loads and wear it every day but not the same ones and for such tiny bits of product they last forever. I have two Barbara Daly eyeshadow pens (my BD love affair continues) these are in the same design as touche eclat concealer pens but you can see the product inside and there isn't really that much in them but even so they are lasting and lasting. I have willow and otter and they are so easy to use.

Am hoping to get 2 or 3 more uu in before the end of the month in readiness for going cold turkey in July I'm not working today so to keep myself busy I have a whole day of chores planned -yawn.

VALM - you seem to have a big present buying culture at your work, is this something you choose to do or is it expected? It is something I have never experienced really, just collections for weddings, leaving etc and buying buns for birthdays.
