No Buying Unnecessary toiletries in June

Took the dogs out for a long walk as it was nice and sunny, and ended up getting soaked. Not happy with the weather all we've had is rain since Thursday evening. At least the rain didn't ruin our holiday, it didn't really start till we were packing up to come home. It wouldn't have been much fun at the seaside in the rain with 2 dogs. Back to work tomorrow unfortunately.

I managed 2 more UU this morning
Pantene Colour Seal Concentrate 58ml - wba think it made my hair colour last longer, but need to use stuff up before buying more hair care products.
Dr Hauschka Facial Toner 10ml - i have to admit i haven't used toner in years, will start using toners again, think i will need to try a few others first before deciding to buy this one again or not.

Too Faced Mascara - Opened it today and it has went off. It smelled of really strong chemicals and was very dry and clumpy. Another example of an item left too long in the stash . TA

Hard Candy Eye Shadow Palette - TA. I have used all of the colours that I would in it. WNBA as this was bought in the madness of the pre challenge days and half the colours had sparkly bits throught it!

Clinique Crystal Lip Gloss - WNBA - I never want to buy another lip gloss again Still have another 2 for the "New York crazed buying freenzie!"

I have now looked out my Maybeline Mascara that I won last year and the NXY Carribean eye shadow palette to use.

A couple of UUs from me:
Dove Firming Body wash - 4 sachets I've had for ages. Smelt ok but didn't seem to have any 'firming' effects so probably wouldn't buy.
Avon Skin So Soft bath & body oil (GWP sachet) - smelt very nice and left my skin soft. Would probably buy
Soap & Glory Hair Supply hair mask/conditioner - so so so so so SO chuffed this is finally a UU!!! Horrible, ghastly stuff. Left my hair feeling greasy, dry, impossible to brush. Smells divine but that's the extent of its good points. Would NEVER buy again. :mad:

Oh, I didn't realise that the Ultrasun TSVs were as frequent as that. Never mind, the kit I bought was pretty comprehensive and am hoping will be enough to get us through 2 weeks away. Am not buying any more unless we run out on holiday. if the yellow thing shows up before we go abroad I'll use the Soltan Once lotion that is already open.

Yay to us both for not buying the L'occitane TSV. Hadn't seen any of the Q all day but then I was left alone with the TV at about 6.30pm and HAD to watch. Didn't get any urge to jump to the phone even when it went to limited stock and AY was saying that it may not be available by the time of the 9.00pm show. Alas, I think I may be cured. x

Hey everyone. Hope you're all okay.

I'm 14 weeks pregnant now and I think I'm starting to come out of that "I can't be bothered to have a shower/look after myself" stage! It's hard with the M.E anyway being so ill normally but the pregnancy on top has sent my already existing mental health problems all over the place (even more so than usual!) Just had a nice shower which has taken it out of the M.E (DH is out tonight so I had to struggle on my own) but I feel cleaner.

Impulse Tease Body Spray - WIBA? - Yes! I adore it. It's my favourite body spray.

A TA:

Tesco Soleil Suncare 50SPF Sun Lotion - This had gone watery and just wasn't giving me any protection. I bought a new one the other week to replace it.

One more UU to declare and I'm sad about this one:-

Philosophy Harvest Spice shower gel. A few years ago Philosophy produced a shower gel called Pumpkin Spiced Muffin which was discontinued. Then last year I found this one in the US and it smells the same. Wish I'd brought 2 x bottles back with me. QVC sold this one last year so am hoping it is brought back for this Autumn. I have a Bath and Body Works Pumpkin shower gel in stash although it's only a mini bottle. Bet it won't smell as good as this.

Have repainted my toe nails and am wearing OPI Houston We Have a Purple with OPI Wing it on top. Lovely metallic looking purple toe nails.

UU TBS coconut lipbutter WBA love these! Got a cherry one on the go also and another 3 in the stash. I have enough lip balm stuff to last an eternity! Did a stash check and also have 3 Burts bees lip balms, 4 x Vaseline tins, cherry Carmex, Nivea tube And a Blistex raspberry lemon balm!

Another UU - Cutex nail lacquer remover. WBA - it's HG remover however I have 60ml bottle of OPI lacquer remover received with the last TSV so will use this up next.

dove shampoo and conditioner-WBA- bit odd as shampoo and conditioner never run out at the same time but I've been chopping and changing which is probably why.
