ebayers all paid now and have sent the goodies....just wish i had realised how expensive the post was:(spent £1.60 more than I had charged:(:(:(:(seems so unfair that all items under 750gs go for the same price!

feeling grotty with a stabbing headache(the sort where you feel a knife is going in at one point, had no lunch before work as felt sick so came home to make tea only to find D?H has eaten all the biccies:(:(:(:(and just don't fancy anything else.

It's horrible how much postage has gone up! I really hate using royal mail now. If it's heavy, I always use myhermes.

    Hope you feel better too.

Hope you feels better soon rosemary.

First day back at work after holidays, and shattered its going to take me ages to catch up again. DH watching the football, so will be browsing the net.

Hoping for more UU this week.

DH is watching football too, so I'm on here as well :rotfl:
    men  lol

Ok so I am exhausted. Just got off day job and now online working on job #2, today needs to hurry up and end soon lol At least I have off from day job tomorrow and can sleep in a bit :)

    I can't believe this weather !!

So finally managed some UU's :) yayaya

    Benefit Foamingly Clean Facial Cleanser
It took me 2 months, but I finished the full size bottle. Smells amazing, and left my face feeling clean, but I don't think this is aimed to mature skin (which is what my face is becoming). I did enjoy using it as a little went a long way, but I want to use a cleanser that has some more to it then a cleaning agent, if that makes any sense? I still think it's a lovely cleanser too. Since I finished my only facial cleanser in the stash, I had to go and buy another one, so I bought the Clarins cleanser with cottonseed. I'm so happy that I now have my facial cleanser stash under control :)

    Aveda Dry Remedy Conditioner
As I said before, I have so many of these little tubes lol This must be like my 2nd or 3rd one that I finished. I love this conditioner so much and I'm going to be so sad when I finish all the samples that I have. My hair hasn't looked better (reference: I have thin short hair with tendency to get flat and this conditioner really gives me a deep conditioning without weighing down my hair.

Fresh - Soy Face Cream sample

I have no idea what the hype around Fresh products are. I hated the scent of this and it did feel slightly oily on my skin.

Now onto the horror story of the day. Well someone gave me this sample of Biotherm cooling mist and I thought it was for the face as when you open it, it has a wide opening and not a spray head.....so I applied it on my face and immediately knew something was wrong. It stung SO BAD!!!!!!! So I immediately washed it off, and I looked like a lobster. Stupid me !!!!! It was a body cooling mist as in a fragrance spray and I thought it was a cooling mist/facial toner. OMG! So yes my face is red now (really red) and I'm trying my best to soothe it...I guess the only positive side to this is that this smells super nice LOL!
    Lesson learned.

thanks, been sleeping but still feels like someone is hammering a nail into the side of my head:( am home alone so will try to eat something then early night, thank goodness I don't often get these types of heads as they don't respond to painkillers:(

Oh poor you, I used to get three day versions of this type of headache and nothing touched them. Rare now, thank goodness, often caused by food allergies, but don't have so much trouble now I am getting correct treatment for other condition. Gentle virtual hugs to everyone who is poorly, injured, tired and generally fed up.

Fiasco/ Valm/Willowbee - I too am a huge YC fan have several aroung the house burning away. Fresh cut roses, Macintosh spice, Garden sweet pea and Island spa (last twoa re my faves!). Also love mistletoe and fig that comes out at xmas.

I get a bit lazy lighting my candles unless the weather is awful - they then cheer me up. I love their festive range. I have a special tart burner that I bring out at Halloween and another at Christmas. Halloween one is of a witch leaning down from a tree and the Christmas one is a snowman who's arms hold the tart holders.

    So, onto body lotion
well who knew that it actually works:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I am on day 11 of using body lotion every day, and my skin feels amazing. I honestly never expected a result so fast, thought I would have to wait at least a month to notice a difference, and I was not convinced how much of a difference there would be. How wrong was I?????

Somebody on here did post asking about this the other day - sorry for not replying, lots going on at home. [/QUOTE]

So, body lotion. Who knew eh? Glad you've had your epiphany. Keep up the good work.

UU - SG sugar crush - lovely WBA, but I'm sure I have a philosophy one in my stash so off to look for that first.

So, today I found a bottle of L'loccitaine almond shower oil in my stash. Really like this. I know some of you ladies have commented on this in the past too.

I'm off to do my nails now :D

    I love SG Sugar Crush.

Is it the first time you used the L'Occitane Almond shower oil? MrM likes to take this away on holiday with us. I like how it is not too sweet smelling.

Have just done my nails also and am wearing OPI Wooden Shoe Like to Know. Not impressed with the OPI nail lacquer remover at all. Have had to scrub at my nails for ages to get the sparkly top coat off.

Yes, I caught a glimpse too and wasn't tempted to jump to the phone, press the red active button or go onto QCut! Even saw the OTO and resisted! A miracle...

What malady can this be kiplingmonkey? Mind you the cost of that kit could not have been justified to MrM or you ladies in any shape way or form.

I have 2 OUTs to declare - 2 ebay sales - a Laura Geller eyeshadow (the last of the TSV that I bought. Will have to have a look back at ebay and see if I have made the full cost of the kit back. Would be nice if I had. Will report back on this. Also sold an Elemis cosmetic bag that came with the kit MrM bought me for my birthday.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

An out Blistex raspberry lemonade lip balm, tried this on yesterday when sorting through my lip balm stash and woke up this morning with what can only be described as serious trout pout! I have taken antihistamine and spent all day slapping on lip balm as they are so sore! Did a google and it seems other people have had a reaction to it as well. I would love to know what is in it that's causing the reaction. WNBA even though it was a freebie.

I have 3 INS but I don't feel bad for buying them. I had asked earlier about dry hair shampoo and heard that Superdrug had their own make for buy 1 get 2 free at £1.99 so got 3 as have couple of things coming up that dry shampoo may be useful so thought itb was worth trying at that price:D

OK, so who is tired of all this rain and horrible weather??? Where is our summer this year? I think we got spoiled from the beautiful summer we had last year.

So in order to brighten up our summer days, the next swap exchange is commencing :)

    SUNSHINE SUNSWAP DETAILS

This wil be like the christmas swap and the easter egg swap, but revamped. So the basis of the swap is still the same. You get the name and address of a buddy and you send them a gift. In the past it was a minimum of £5, and everyone has been so generous and have sent more. Stash shopping is always encouraged as that is why we are all on here :)

Now here's the NEW and FUN part of this swap. We will be utilising a new website that allows you to send annoymous emails to your buddy to ask them questions. They won't know who you are, but this helps in finding out your buddies likes/disklikes. You can also write a wishlist where your buddy can see. This doesn't mean they will or have to buy what you wrote, but it gives an idea of what you are wanting. This really helps your buddy (and yourself) customise your package. It's super fun and easy to use.

If you are interested in joining the SUNSWAP, please email me with your name and email address. You will then get an evite to the exchange online :)

    Super easy, and super fun!!

SIGNUPS begin today and will end on June 26th. On June 26th, the exchange website will pick a buddy for you (I won't be picking) randomly, and you will get to see their address and wishlist and you can begin to ask questions, etc. etc.

All gifts should be posted by the end of July/beginning of August, but can be sent earlier if you wish.

(Nothing is set in stone, so feedback is more than welcome)

    So who wants to play????:j:beer::rotfl:

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me :D
