That's a joke right??I'm currently panicking as I have no idea what I've got and what I haven't. I'm not usually this disorganised
Well done you for being finished. A nice lazy christmas sounds fab. My kids are having a PJ day today while I tackle some last minute sorting and cleaning ready for Christmas. DH doesn't finish til Christmas eve
Yay for decluttering. A move is definitely incentive to declutter isn't it? Well done to your DH for sorting his books.
Panto sounds great. We went to panto in Cardiff and I haven't laughed so much in ages! I don't think you can have Christmas without Panto :rotfl:Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -

I don't feel organised! The house is a bit of a tip upstairs. Downstairs is passable. And I haven't posted any cards yet so that's getting between me and my rest!
I'd only been to a panto once before, years ago. But I'll tell you something, it was absolutely hilarious. A proper good day out!
Yes, this move is a great incentive to get rid of all the carp that has followed us around for the last 15 or so years. We are bith such hoarders!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Happy New Year everyone. Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas. We had a lovely time, lots of lazy days and then guests in between. We got some stuff for the new house in the sales too.
Need to start decluttering again. Honestly, we have so much rubbish and now is the time to get rid of all the c*ap that follows us around from house to house!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Morning everyone,
Had a very busy weekend. Max had GAA (football & hurling) on Saturday morning and then went straight to a party. We brought Evie to a play development centre which was fab but freezing. Am thinking of having it for Max's birthday but hope they sort the heating out!
Saturday afternoon and evening we spent packing and got rid of 5 charity bags (well my mother took them off in her car!). Still lots more to do but we are properly decluttering as opposed to doing a last minute panic pack and stuffing random rubbish into a box!
Yesterday I brought the kids to the cinema and went up to my Mam's for the afternoon
My parents have given us some money towards furniture for the house so my sig is looking quite good. OH was expecting a bonus in Jan but not sure if will happen this month (maybe next month) so I was panicking a bit about legal fees but it is looking healthy enough now. Not sure where I am with debt but I will wait until we move into the house and pay our first months mortgage and then get a new sig up. It's way more than what I have in my sig though. Really hoping to get it paid off for my 40th in a years time.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Morning all,
Just did my money shuffle as OH got paid. He got a nice bonus but I haven't put that into savings as we need to buy some things for the house. Looking like the house has been delayed. So frustrating. I just want to get the contracts signed so nobody can back out. Waiting to hear back from the solicitor.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Happy Monday! So frustrating about the house, I hope you can get the contracts signed soon and you can get moved in!
Lovely news about the bonus too, very nice when you get an extra fat pay slip!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0
