Will do when I get home, the model was Kx-gt 1614, 4 handsets but no answer machine. It was on ood offer ended 10/6.

In my local Tesco express this eve Kenco pure columbian & Costa Rican 100g coffee ood SEL £4.15 each or two for £6.00. Scanned two & the total was £8.30 so offer def ood. I didn't purchase any but hope this is not store specific & it helps someone else. Have just checked on website & offer showing as workin??Hth

helloooo im new to the site and have been reading you dtd posts , think im going to go on the hunt for them tomorrow , might sound like a silly question but how do you know the item is going to scan through as more , do you just look for the items posted on here x thanks deanne x

Not a huge DTD but i purchased disney's GForce yesterday sel said £2.97 scanned at £5. Went to CS at Y8 xtra store couldn't be more helpful and actually refunded £4.06 without me even mentioning DTD.

Not bad a film for the LO and 100 disney reward points to put towards another.

I usually stand me ground when I have been overcharged and insist on DTD. But that is mostly as part of a big shop.

How do you get away with claiming DTD when you buy a really expensive item such a the phone - does CS not ask why you didn't raise the question at the till? Or ppicking up 4 pork leg joints and nothing else - surely CS will assume that you know you've been overcharged before you hand over you money at the check-out.

Any pointers welcome! Thanks!

The leg joints of pork were in with other items and they can think what they like but they have still made an error !
They have the policy because they are so sure mistakes do not happen.

i got told yesterday that tesco express' cant give DTD by the manager! but i wasnt sure whether to let him refund me (it was only 24p) and then ring CS or leave and get DTD and refund through CS?
