Tesco are doing Chinese and Indian meal deals. 2 main and 2 sides for £6.

I bought 2 x Tesco takeaway aromatic duck with 12 pancakes and 2 sides. I checked the receipt and it had gone through at full price £12 instead of £6. Customer services gave me £12 dtd.

It actually says 'main meal' on the top of the box. I know what you mean though, some people have aromatic duck as a starter. We quite often have it as a main with rice, spring rolls etc

Spring rolls and samosas. It definitely was not the sides that was the problem as I had another £6 meal deal which went through fine. I wish I had of bought 2 duck £6 meal deals now!

Don't get too excited everybody the Crispy Duck is not included in the deal:(

The SEL clearly states that only items with the 2 for £6 red sticker are included and the Crispy Duck does not have it on. I had that confirmed by a MOS in our local store as well.

Sorry everyone, the staff must have got confused and put them in the wrong place at my local store.

This was showing as reduced from 39.99 to 25 pounds in the clearance section, but had an out of date sel (offer ended on 6th Jan) and went through at full.price. Managed to get DVD without any problem on three packs. Hope this helps.

If anyone has ordered the half price Rump Steak from Tesco Online, please check carefully when you receive it as the receipt shows it as £7 per kilo which is correct, but it had actually charged the full price for it. Had to phone them for a refund, not sure what happens in store, but may be good for DTD??
