Just bought

Chicken and mushroom filo pies,
Sea salt and black pepper wedges
Valencia orange and passionfruit tarts
Cotes Catalanes Grenach wine

Meal deal (Tesco finest meal deal £10 ) didnt go through, so I went to customer services and they refunded the £8.19 I had been overcharged. The guy went to check in the shop that I had correct things. He came back, said all was ok with what I had purchased and gave me another £8.19.
A very cheap dinner. !!!

Looks to me like it is the wine, was this one you got? Tesco Finest Cotes Catalanes Grenache 75Cl isn't in the deal online.

I think they mixed it up with this one Tesco Finest Cotes De Gascogne 75Cl, which is in the deal

Hmm,went on Friday to use my last 2 off 10 finest voucher and the multibuy discount didn't work either,so complained to CS and SA went and returned and told me the meal deal was not advertised ,so got a refund of 17 pounds which left us paying 4 pounds for a 50 pound shop!
Anyone know if the finest meal deal is on all the time?

They only had one wine there, and that was the Tesco Finest Catalanes Grenache. Maybe they were OOS of the other wines and had to put something there for the meal deal. The customer service man went and checked and said all the products I had were correct.
I am not complaining, got a great deal for £1.71.
This was the Surrey Quays store in case anyone wants to know.

Just checked on Tesco .com and the meal deal is on,but i picked up the wrong roast potatoes,which were on the stand ,but not in the deal(rosemary)aah,well,still got my 2 coupon deducted!

I agree entirely that you should have had dtd, there mistake for putting it with the meal deals.
