I never find miss priced things in the Tesco near me. Changing the SEL seems to be the only thing they do right.

Tesco Italian Passata with Garlic & Herbs (500g)
Labelled as 69p each / 3 for £1.00 (offer ending on 22/7/12)
I bought 3 cartons today and they went through with no discount, so charged £2.07 = overcharge of £1.07 = DTD refund of £2.14 = free Passata and 7p profit.
390g cartons of Tesco Chopped Tomatoes with Chilli are also 69p / 3 for £1.00, but I don’t know if these also go through with no discount.

Got a DTD on some 2 litre bottles of Coke Zero. Noticed all the SELS were 3 for 2 EXCEPT the Coke Zero which still had the BOGOF SEL.0

Thanks, just went to my extra and picked up 15 of them. Somehow I got dtd of 14,70.
At first customer services didn't want to give it as the yellow label was under one of the other flavours. Asked to see the manager and she went on the phone to HQ I think. Anyway this worked!

Bought Kelloggs Froot Loops and my Tesco store still had the free bowls offer with any Kelloggs cereal but the bowl scaned at £1.99 so customer service refunded me back £3.98. Ended up with free box of cereal, free bowl with coco pops monkey on and £1.29 in my pocket so pretty good :rotfl:0

bought this pizza at half price (£1.79) and also bought the ham/pineapple & ham/mushroom in the same range & looked to be on the same offer. One of the ham products went thru at full price (not sure which one). CS told me "it had no shelf label to indicate whether it was on offer or not so I'll sell it to you at half price". I know I couldve made a challenge but couldnt be bothered.Didnt go back to the shelf to check but there is an opportunity for someone else to dig further if interested.;)

Does DTD apply if you are over charged in a Tesco express store?

obviously the offer is 3 for the price of 2. worth checking if you have thick staff like my store:cool:
I found this deal in my Tesco last week too! We questioned one of the staff members about it because it seemed too good to be true that each 8 pack was £3.85 or we could get 3 8 packs for £2They let us have it (we got 6 packs, so only £4 for 48 cans!). We had to argue it though because at first they said they'd only give us 3 for £2 and the other 3 we wanted they were going to charge us full price for. The guy then also went and made sure there were no more of those labels left on the aisle :rotfl:
