So if no-one reports him to Trading Standards, then they will never have enough complaints to act upon.

Do the right thing... report to Trading Standards via the CAB helpline.

Our company is New Zealand based and while in UK on business we visited this company to place an order. We found it trading at 286 Devonshire road, Blackpool. Placed an order on 8 April for 12 bags totaling 291GBP. We were given a copy of the order and promised delivery would be before 15 April (We returned to NZ on 16 April).
We have tried many, many times to contact them without success, both by email and telephone. We paid by credit card, can I get a refund through card services? Or would appreciate advice on where to go from here?

You could possibly get a refund fro your credit card as i believe it is backed by VISA/Mastercard worldwide but you would need to look at your local laws and protection also bear in mind this would be for B2B transaction unless it was a personal card

Got to speak to Mark Taylor on the Phone yesterday and again asked where my order is as he told me it was being dispatched for Friday 9th April.


He asked me which website I ordered from. I got clever and said remind me of the names again


He said these three

Creative workwear plus facebook pages


He said he will refund (23rd) and today 24th nothing in my account, even though it went from my card to his bank within a day as my Online banking shows. I will continue to update Consumer Advice Line 08454 04 05 06. They will not get away with this even if its a drive to Blackpool.

Hi, I am now back in NZ and lodged a complaint with Trading Standards. They were very prompt in reply and helpful, I used a personal credit cards to make the purchase, so might contact my card provider for a refund.
I visited the business personally while in UK, you will find him at the address in Devonshire road, it might be worth the visit, a little pressure would do no harm.

Had to threaten them with legal action got my ordered six months after ordering seeing similar stories online very poor customer service they lie just avoid at all cost

Seems like you've been one of the very lucky ones, I didn't get any goods or refund at all, and I don't think most people got anything either!

Absolutely stunning the business is still allowed to trade after doing so much illegal activity! You'd think laws would be tight enough to shut people down like this but obviously not

So glad I thought to check out the reviews on this company! 🙈 I was just about to put in an order for just over £100 for some polo shirts. Can't trust anyone these days.... Thanks for posting you saved me from being robbed also 👎 hope you all get your money or items soon.
