I am awaiting 6 polo shirts from them and it has been over a month since I ordered. I have phoned, emailed but no one answers or replies. How did you all get on? Did anyone get their money back? What do I do from here?
Help. I am so frustrated that people can get away with this.:(
  • Well - I wish I'd looked at this before I ordered £183 of stuff from them on 7th May.

We haven't received the goods, no-one replies to phone calls and the only e-mail replies we've had are atrocious in both spelling and grammar.

Paid for the order on our credit card so have raised a dispute with them and are hoping we may get our money back.

We ordered from them in 2011 and received the order really quickly but something within the company must have changed because the service is terrible.

Stay away from Embroidered Image.

Surprised they are still getting away with it
  • Unfortunately I have had exactly the same problem with Embroidered Image, and I wish I had read this thread before placing my order!

Before I ordered I did contact them via email, as the product I ordered was for a birthday present. The man who contacted me assured me that they would be able to fulfil my request in time for the birthday. I still have not received my order, and it still states 'awaiting dispatch' on the website. I need to receive this by Friday, so I emailed repeatedly to find out where the order is. I eventually got through by phone this morning and spoke to an extremely rude man who told me that the order number I had been quoted "didn't mean anything" and that he needed the date the order was placed instead. He then told me that my order was being dispatched today for delivery tomorrow. He could not provide me with a tracking number even though he said it was shipping with Parcel Force.

I am waiting to see if I do receive the item tomorrow, and to see what the quality will be like. Their customer service and attitude does not fill be with any confidence at all, and I definitely will not use them again.
  • I too have put an order in to embroider one bag in time for christmas!

I made the order on the 26th November and kept checking my order status which still to this day says 'awaiting dispatch'.
I rang the guy at the shop almost 2 weeks ago now to make sure he would have it done in time for christmas and he assured me it would and even made me sound silly for asking as he said, yeah of course you'll have it by then as we are sending out orders up until 22nd December.
I have to add though, during the phone call he made it quite clear the way he was talking that my design hadn't even been looked at until the day I rang which was over a fortnight after I initially made and paid for the order.

I am gutted about this, as it is clear that I will not have this order by Christmas and now after reading this I will be surprised I get it all!

I am extremely disappointed if I cannot get a refund as this was a personal order rather then business, but it sounds like hes got that cleverly covered by the way people are speaking of this B2B orders.

Extremely disappointed, can I say any more.
Wish I had spotted this first!

If you are a consumer, and presented yourself as such, then you have every right to a refund.

If you paid by credit or debit card, and if the company wont play ball, get in touch with your card issuer.

    Read MSE's Chargeback article first.

 I too did not know about this company and ordered 1 tie on 17th March and the messages I have is "Awaiting Dispatch" 6 email sent from contact page with NO Replies, Numerous Phone messages left with nothing back. Spoke to Blackpool TS and was advised that All trading standards offices ask you to call the Citizens Advice consumer helpline 08454 04 05 06 and when they have enough complaints about a company in a time frame they will be picked up relevant office and investigated. So we all need to complain "NOW TOGETHER" Bombard them, if only it was that simple:grouphug: Might try BBC Watchdog.

I phoned Company today 09th April 2014 @ 12:30pm as was told that it was dispatched today and will be with me Friday 11th April 2014. I will be surprised if it arrives. I'll post back at the Weekend.

Keep reporting the issue to trading standards, even give them the link to this thread.

They have the power to investigate and turn it from a civil matter to fraud.
  • Well no surprise after speaking to him and him promising delivery on Friday 9th April, there is no sign of my items to date.

So reporting to Trading Standards is a waste of time as they will do nothing until they have a lot of complaints in a time frame.
Citizens Advice consumer helpline 08454 04 05 06 but they will do nothing
  • Not wishing to make light of this obviously scam outfit, but, just looking on their website, the first item in the list is.......fleece lol!
