Just a quick update - I managed to get vanilla pods at Pipps Hill (Basildon) this evening, but they were the last 2 - one for me and one for my mum -and OMG I had to look hard for them! So none left now. Also bought 4 bags of caster sugar for £1.08 in anticipation of all the baking I'll be doing . Mum was v pleased when I handed one of the tubes of vanilla pods to her, she said it's one luxury she's never allowed herself so it's the first time she's ever had them!

20p bags of pastas had gone, some Uno sauces remaining for £1, no reduced price conserve but there was a brand of marmalade that was 70p, down from £1.40, and stacks of 16p chocolate sponge puddings:



No Naked bars though.

Hello, Richyrich7's wife here! I've just read through all of the posts and wondered if anyone has been to any of Asda's Leicester stores (Oadby, Thurmaston and Fosse Park) please? I would love to 'bag' some bargains, weather permitting. Thank you

Hi there! I'm from Leicestershire and went into Fosse Park today to grab my bargains. My local is Oadby as that is only 2.5 miles and have walked there on occasions!

I found another when wondering in asda today and I may get it if its still there next week. sunraysia juice about 500ml in a big carton. there 2 flavours carrot, beetroot and apple. a third flavour (tomato i believe) was not rtc. doesn't show up on mysupermarket. 2.99 down to 1.50. there was lots of it coz its not chilled but in the other bit by the milk/squash/soft drink/mixers.
