Something that struck me last night is how much More cost effective it would be to have a therapist available in a and e. i was in a bay near a very, very sad lady who had hit the bottle and was lonely. I could not help but hear the doctor talk to her and it felt like he was the wrong person for the job both skillset wise for her, and when he was needed elsewhere.0

They are meant to have an A&E Psychiatrist available at all times, whether said Psychiatrist has Psychotherapy training remains to be seen as it is not a mandatory requirement, they have a choice when choosing their specialism. A friend of mine (medical student) has regular bipolar " episodes" and often ends up in A&E, but she tells me that the interaction she receives there leaves a lot to be desired..8k in 2015 Challenge ( #167)0

It is annoying but it sets the standard of negotiating how much they want to pay you. At least state that you would like to be paid within xx to xx thousands pa.0 -

Dh considers seriously some lower paying jobs. He has to or there would be no movement possible. While we cannot afford to drop out of bracket sometimes short term loss of thousands or even tens of thousands might pa back with better route for promotion in the future or better team.0 -
here we go again! we have a new front door but it has no letter slot! so we need a letterbox/postbox.
Also I'm demanding a Yale lock, what would doozer advise? We have the lock that comes with the door but it looks rather cheap...0 -

Doozers ensist on five level locks minimum. (the one insurance companies like). I know one!
In our commercial areas eventually we are considering a fingerprint lock...so clients can get in, but after they stop being clients.0 -

Mailboxes... Used to have one of these at our old house. Many were too small for we wanted it to be big enough to take a small Amazon parcel. We went for one of the larger Brabantia ones in the end. The small ones were just too small even for an A4 envelope with a photo or certificate in.
Re locks, I like these ones:
