So sorry to hear that you've had this fright, but delighted to hear that he's ok again. Have the medics found out the cause of the collapse?
Thanks everyone for kind words re Dad. They don't know what it was, but gave him a bank of tests and ruled out anything serious. DH has told him not to go up ladders for a week or so. I doubt he will listen.PasturesNew wrote: »FAAAAAAARK.....!!!!! faark faark faark faark faaarkkk

Went to see her at the Glasgow Apollo in 1979. One of those concerts I went to to keep someone else happy but I had a great time.
She's one of those mature performers who realises that about half the audience aren't fans but goes out of her way to win you over and make the show fun welcoming and pleasant for everybody. Also saw Clapton and Dr Hook around that time and realised that the same is true for them as well. Wonderful times.
I learned to trust other people's musical taste ( I was very arrogant about what I liked) and not be so narrow minded about what I'd listen to.
Dara OBroin - finiished reading his book Tickling the English- very enjoyable. Is he performing at the Brioghton pavilion this year? There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -
