Need to work out some close-by places that are open in the evenings... with the nights closing in it's getting earlier and earlier to have my last cig as my 'cover story' is going to look at the sea.... wonder if any libraries are open late... probably not.

One round the corner's open until 7pm on Mondays.... one in town's got no parking, but open until 7pm 4 nights a week. And that's my lot, unless I do 10 mile round trips :)

Libraries being open until 7pm is pretty good. Many don't open that late. There's a tail off in the evening. You can make libraries accessible for most workers by staying open until 7pm and at weekends. If you open until 8pm or even 9pm you don't get very many additional visitors (imo).

I suppose in a pre computers and non sharing bedroom world it provided a good place to study late in to the evening.

Last Thurs when we went to the preview at the cinema, I thought I would be able to show them the code on my phone (this is 2012 after all). Only to be told that they needed a print out. This was at 6.30pm and not in our home town (not that we have a functional printer anyway). Checked online and couldn't see where a printers would be open then a brainwave... the nearby library was open til 8 that night!

They were very nice and helpful and if we'd not been rushing we could have joined for free so only had to shell out 20p to print the one page out. Great stuff :)

I've been round silver's neck of the woods today. Although its pretty close, for whatever reason I've never really spent much time there. It's really lovely.

Where did you go? open space? country park? or shopping?

Very depressing. I just want to pick some of those kids and transport them away from their estates.
