Its not a forgone conclution, i think the other rooster i kept from last year might not be very fertile. In which case........the little pne gets to live. I do like my current rooster though, he is not too rough and very good looking. And a great size.
So much scope for innuendo and so little time.
Aldi/Lidl: I never have cash but luckily do normally carry a debit card (for cash withdrawaks, all spending always goes on a cash back credit card)
Pubs on own - somehow arriving first and waiting for someone doesn't feel nice but visiting on own is fine - does this make sense?
Supermarkets for Chewie - how about M&S - jumble sale or reasonable? (not to colour your judgement but I can't stand it, full of pensioners and people who want to think they are posh)
Our Morisons got the 'makeover' about a year ago, near the door are some 'misted' display units - pointless gimmic all about 'shopping as theatre' and other such marketing toff - then they have one or two each or varoius exotic fruit and veg too expensive to actually buy, and the rest of the fruit veg section is ok for fruit (cheaper than over-priced sainsburys) but rubbish for veg (tiny packets, almost all prepacked and not much of any of the 'normal' veg). I think they are trying to be both posh and bargain in the same store and failing at both but I guess bottom line is key.I think....0 -

I can- you're to tight to buy the first round.0 -
Some things are horribly expensive i agree, but, here out side the south east and near no big city where else am i goiong to buy fresh water chestnuts? (so darn good) and they were not dear.0

M&S food - good for sandwiches and i like some of their ham. that's about all i have to say that's good about that place. it isn't really a supermarket, more a convenience store.0

Some of their bread is quite good. I also like their smoked Haddock fishcakes, butter and fruit juice.
M&S are the go-to shop for lemons. Their lemons are the best of all supermarkets/market gardens around here - fresher, thicker skinned, better flesh.0 -

I have never bought a lemon at m and s, but at the humble greengrocers locally the lemons are AMAZING. As good as any bought ever, anywhere in the world. And not 'shiny thin skinned' but the big old rought, thick, large and knobbly sort. The sort that people who don't like fruit and veg think are less pretty than the ones we get that are small and shiny, but the ones peopple who like food know are the best.0 -

I wish these people didn't have such a big say in what I can buy. I like ugly fruit and veg, it tastes way better. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.
