Hmm, nothing to it, then.
My main point is that NPs shouldn't try to discourage LIR from having this treatment.
Lir needs no encouragement nor discouragement. She makes her iwn mind up after deliberation. Then have decided usually do the exact opposite :rotfl:
Thanks for worrying, but what i do is MY decision. Not that of my beloved np chums, nor anyone closer to home.0 -

Not that I know anything...
But - it's a major decision, which can only be taken after some sleep ...and probably a big spoon of that tiramisu....
Big spoon had? Several big spoons. Tomorrow night i have the house all to self and the lo will be calling me from the fridge.:D0 -
Pastures - would you consider buying a caravan? Do you need to regain your privacy to reduce your fears about being identified?
Getting any job ... starts to set in my mind "what I'm worth" in the marketplace round here and what's achievable.... even 1-2 temp jobs tucked under my belt would give me a clue as to the local conditions.... and that would bring some confidence.
I do look, at everything (caravans, studios and full/proper/ideal houses) every day, within many miles' radius.... just the numbers don't stack up.
Edit: I just double-checked, cheapest one's on the banks of a river.... and I think that's the site that was evacuated the other week when the river burst its banks.
The next one's £40k, has an age restriction of 55+ and says it was built in 1966.... I'm sure that's a typo... I could believe 1986 or 1996.... but 1966 seems pushing it0 -
6 boxes done + starting on the vinyl collection (which I want to play with except we have no record player)
.....all NPT's under 35 wonder what the * is a record player......
This NP has children who know exactly what a record player is....youngest even has several records which he saves until we go to my brother's where he can plan them on his record player (we just have a CD player)We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

I was thinking of a touring caravan - a friend owns a small site and often has people who move there for a short while - relocating, working nearby, newly single.
Electric hook ups, own "facilities" or the campsites. You have your own space and privacy with no one else to pander to.0 -
found it..it is a public 'likes' page
http://www.facebook.com/JbTimAndJasonShow
...but only 104 likesmaybe the NPT's could top it up a bit
you don't ned to be a FB member to view the pages.
Mine is the one on the right.
Have liked it.....anyone fancy liking this page

Rough in a few months though? A suppose its almost mildest place in the country to do it. I have known many lads and lasses whose accomodation has been touring caravan or static and......rather them than me in winter with no future plans.0 -
Well DW and DS both loved the paralympics today and were impressed by the venues!
Wish I could have gone.:(
Did they go to the Olympic park?
Tomorrow we have tickets for the Olympic stadium for the para athletics.
We were out all day yesterday at a family barbecue so I didn't get to read the Sunday papers but caught up today and actually read the sports section and zenned up a bit on who is who and what they do etc.
We have 7 - 10pm tickets but will meet @ 4pm for a mozy about beforehand. Will be 8 of us incl DD nice new BF who is coming along, brave lad as he will meet my Dadand his partner.

http://www.facebook.com/pages/Huthier/205047176211287They look very metal.:)
If they stick at it and it works out it's a great job.
My bro posted up pics of the Burning man festival up in Scotland (I think) which looked insane. He is on tour in the USA for the past 2 weeks but had to divert to Barcelona for the W/E.
I still haven't been to one. Maybe that's next years 'new thing to do'. I might do the Isle of Wight one, Bestival. I think you can swim there too......sort of Iron man meets Metalhead moment.0 -
Pastures New, I love the way you post on here, it's so " real " Has anyone said that to you before? lol.
LIR - I hope your procedure goes well. I am sure it will though. xx8k in 2015 Challenge ( #167)0
