Have you considered powerline adapters to replace the CAT cabling? There's often a nice deal on HUKD, picked up a 200Mbps set for £25 recently.

Yes, as a jump of course. But not running.
Not seen triple jump at the para's no.

Edit: Just looked up how many strides Bolt takes over the 100m. Answer 41. And he's 6'5".

I'd have had that if I had: a microwave that worked .... and some bread. Had a go with a saucepan on the hob, but it's gas - and you have to balance pans of boiling water onto pieces of metal..... not a skill I've needed before and I was quite bad at it when I tried the other day. They don't sit straight, if you touch the handle then the whole pan drops and water slops.... potential for a scalding disaster for me

You need a pan that's quite a bit bigger than the gap between the supports.
