Are you feeling any better today spirit? Still whistling on the breath?

I want to do some housework, at least while lying down i do. Everytime i stand up i think better of it and lay myself down again.

Doozer boy was a bit horrified when we went yesterday to the reclaim yard and i saw a mortuary slab i want now for a shower tray. Is it really a bac idea?

I am mending thanks, however have to go out to pick up a repeat prescription (get in car, drive 3 miles to GP surgery, walk about 100 paces to dispensery - then same in reverse order) and it feels like a big deal. Voice not as husky, chest not as wheezy cough not as frequent but still pretty racking and reminding me why pelvic floor exercises are a good thing:o Continence is very under-rated.

On the good news front Mr S is home tonight about 8.30pm but has a 6.45 flight out again in the morning and Miss S is away tonight .

On the housework front - can you manage to just do a couple of simple things (one lttle job then rest again) that will make you feel like you have 'done something'? A towel wash, empty bins or 'feather dust' a room, clean the kitchen sink. Nothing requiring exertion and ok if abandoned half way through to finish later.

Mortuary slab mmm not sure. Would you want it (the stone, the colour, the shape) if it had not been a mortuary slab? The MSE bit... Is it cheaper than buying an alternative?

That sounds like you are mending a little. Its shame that the family are out, would mr s be able to nip out to a
Late opening chemist tonight? His schedule sounds heavy atm.

Mortuary slab, did ot ask the proce, amd basically like it because of what it is, so not sure. But it is a great size for a shower, possily not what i would have put on a wish list...but hey, so is dh and he turned out perfect!

Yeah, thats a good idea, i will do something acheivable and feel good later. Will have to decide what.

Doozergirl, if you see this, think you are getting paint swatches from me over the weekend, i have to choose a non f and b put door paint colour. I like mine (shaded white) so might try as close a match, but would go a wee bit darker.

Oh, and parent is cooking tonight and is cooking tuna. I don't like tuna, but i will smile and say thanks. It is kind, and its not cheap. Parent buys all ingrediants pre preped, including to dh's huge amusement buying ground pepper rather than grinind the required amount specified in recipe.

Chewy, you are just sports addicted. Are you competitive in other areas of life?

Its a shame ben maher and his homebred horse didn't get through. Doing that on a homebred horse (rather than one bought later in life) even getting there tbh, is a rarely fulfilled dream for most equestrians.

I am stumped atm with jorse my heart wants to buy but my head points out i should not, and not just cos of my health. Wish i could share a pic, he is beautiful, beautiful.
