I'm going to Barcelona next weekend.

I'll check it out for you.

I'm thinking that an initial offer of EUR 1,000,000 will work

In the world of NPT back-scratching, when lir comes into the wealth of a small country or a solvent bank and buys me my pied a terre as a present, you will be welcome to come stay in the guest wing:D.

Ok, slightly wrong location. But south and sea views, and gragae AND workshop, oh yes, for jewellery making empire founding!
    :)
Sea views would be nice, but probably massively over-achievable; 1/4 mile walking distance to a sandy beach is on the tick list (not pebbles, pebbles suck).

Yes.... room for building empires.... and just a feeling that I have room for everything, so I can potter around in my own little world with all my things to hand and stored appropriately.

I've decided to help PN's house hunt as well:

    Seems like good value........
:) Bit of a way to the beach .... and it's not got a bath. That's the sort of place that would have me thinking ... "should I...?"

Pastures, we all know that you are the no.1 authority on what you want house-wise, but don't slap us down too hard when we have our little game of findahouse. It's obvious that you are doing the research and you know the area, but it's still a bit of fun for the rest of us to have a root round Rightmove.
Not slapping ... just saying :)
I want the moon on a stick, if anybody can find it... with a garage.

Pn, with your penchant for ice white could you compromise on render?
When I see render, I see "£500 maintenance every 3-4 years to get a little man in to paint it".

Proof that Andy Murray is actually British, he's singing the national anthem! Blimey!

is that something to do with a comedian of some description donating £1,000 to Great Ormond everytime a gold medallist mouths the national anthem?

Can't avoid the cost, but with Dulux Weathershield (must be trade, not standard) it's 8 years, so half the cost.

But if it were that plus sea views and a garage?
