I've actually never had Welsh rarebit ... It sounds lovely - but there's no way I'd bother to do all that faff just for one bit of posh cheese on toast.

Ladies, do you ever have a day where you get up in the morning feeling like sh*t, get by through the day filled with nothing but caffeine lining your stomach, chuck on the first clothes you find, look in the mirror and think you died at the night and appear to be decomposing? That's me this morning.

So apologies to the NP that I met for the first time today. I don't normally look like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards, honest... First impressions and all that.

Often....this morning it seems a lot of us have, i didn't sleep well and have swollen eyes too:D

Who met up, who met up?:D

I remeber it as delcious. Imight ask my parents, both of whom made it when i was small.

I think best posh cheese n toast is mozzerella in carrozza, and not that posh, sliced bread is fine, just that you need mozzerella instead of cheddar.

    Very fattening

I am with pn...for me thats cheese on toast but welsh rarebit is cheese and beer and stuff done on the hob then poured onto toast.

For a lazy quick lunch I put 2 pieces of bread in the toaster and throw a piece of rady sliced chedder cheese between the two, the second they pop out of the toaster. Squeeze the toast together for 20 seconds so the cheese starts to soften and eat.

Atm i crave cheddar cream crackers and dates all at the same time. That would do me for lunch.

Probably not .... that'll be the week after.... when I might move another 1-3x. No fixed abode and all that... the sun on my face, wind in my hair, the open road ..... and no plan.

Right, I'm keeping the other thread until the euro is over but please no more extra OT threads.

I went to gym today and I didn't look like an utter fool so hopefully I will be better by the end of the month.
