Six pages since I last posted last night, you're kiddin' right? A lame attempt at catch up...

Uhuh, mushrooms are good on a pizza, but ugly.

My favourite pizza has no tomato but zucchini, in long ribbons...mmmmmmmmmmm

I do not like ham, crudo or cotto or any thing like that, but can deal with pepperoni.

I was watching Fake Britain the other day (it was raining out and I had nothing better to do). They were saying on there that a lot of takeaways do not serve ham on pizzas but turkey julienne. It is still marked as ham on the menu though. Something to do with Muslims not wanting to handle ham and owning pizza bars but also not wanting to stop selling one of the top three pizzas in the UK. The long and the short is that anyone ordering a pizza with ham on should check that it is actually ham.

Edit: worst thing on way home was an event at Wembley stadium

That'll be me (waves). Which of the ends did you live at? I use Chorleywood and Stanmore when going in to Wembley. Would use Watford too but other two are closer to motorways so quicker to get to.
    Worst hair extensions ever.

Are you a girl or a metrosexual? Most men I know wouldn't know a hair extension if they got hit in the head by one.

I have an important experiment to conduct. For whatever reason, we were discussing mushrooms at work. As with on here, it was a subject with a polarising effect. Some love them, some hate them. However discussing other food types we identified an interesting correlation.

Those who like mushrooms also like Garibaldi and see them as an important addition to the biscuit family. Those who didn't like mushrooms thought (I am representative of this group) saw Garibaldi biscuits as a waste of time as it's like trying to dunk a Ryvita.

So, NP mushroom lovers, are you also Garibaldi people? NP mushroom haters, do you too see them as a waste of time.

I like mushrooms but can take or leave many biscuits. My ideal biscuit would be an oreo withour the filling. Just black crunch.

The horse dentist is coming back again. This means since i last went to a dentist i will have seen a horse dentist five times.

I am not scared of dentists, and actually find going to the dentist strangely relaxing.

You city types, any excuse for bumping into another guy from the rear...
I secretly enjoy people standing on the left on escalators as you can shove past them in an indignant manner whilst tutting. I once got this a bit wrong though by accidently walking straight into the back of one who had walked halfway up and stopped. He wasn't pleased with me at all and I reckon if I was a few inches shorter he would have punched me. I saw him again 3 minutes later waiting for a lift in my office building.

Sorry Viva, I may have to be the exception that proves the rule, whilst I am not a mega keen biscuit person I would probably choose a squashed fly biscuit over a custard cream and you know where I stand on the food of the devil that grows on sh*t...

I love mushrooms but my absolute favourite biscuit is a rich tea one....garibaldi are ok but I would choose loads more before I picked one of them.

Nothing spectacular to report here, all been very boring and samey. Mind you, an unusual event did occur last night....the boys played yu gi oh (trading cards game - don't ask me, have not a scoobie how they do it) without arguements! James and middle son generally do not get on but they managed to be in the same room as each other for more than an hour happily.

Oh, and James went into the loft to get his old cards from when he was at primary school and was overjoyed when he found lots of his old rare ones, apparently playing Yu gi oh is THE popular game in 6th form this summer...my view is that they are trying to hang onto their childhood!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
