I went in to the woods earlier to make a grainy camcorder video of me and my associates making "our demands", we have forwarded it to the Al Jazzera, News Corp and the BBC.... we're still waiting for a reply.
We have not carried out our threat yet, but unless we have S R-W captured and delivered to us, so we can watch him p*ss on a plate of chips and eat them for our own amusement, (to re-create what happened at S!!!!hope) we will continue in our crusade to knock off 'Parking Attendants' fetching little caps and blow
up APNR cameras in car parks.

Ms Helen Dolphin and the Disabled Motoring UK (DMUK) rely on people not criticising her and their work because it's not good form to cross swords with any group that promotes disability - even a self serving individuals and organisations such as Ms Dolphin and DMUK.
You only have to perform the most basic web searches to see that Ms Dolphin/DMUK and the Private Parking Industry are in bed with each other. It is scandalous that someone who should be promoting rights for disabled motorists should be so derelict in their duties, obligations and principles.
Disabled motorists: If you have received a "parking penalty notice or private parking charge" then take the advice of people on here and ignore the letters.
Hopefully the more we post about DMUK the more it will appear on Google searches and dissuade people from paying these fraudulent invoices.The man without a signature.0 -

This seems to be a similar set-up they had with UKCPS. In that case, if the motorist "appealed" they were offered a reduced payment, plus free membership of the charity for a year.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
