Almost worth sending the link to Anonymous and getting them to hack DMUK, obtaining the email list and emailing the real truth to their members. :D

It is difficult to blame this organisation for swallowing the nonsense from the BPA. After all, the Government did....

Well I left this for them
Keeper liability will not actually enable private parking companies to issue illegal penalties, the invoices will have no merit, and companies like Parking Eye have lost several cases in court because of this fact.

And as your charity are there to help protect disabled drivers, why do you insist on saying Blue Badges for private parking, you don't appear to know that the Blue Badge Scheme is only for on street parking, and council car parks

    http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/DisabledPeople/MotoringAndTransport/Bluebadgescheme/DG_4001061

You can be disabled and not have a blue badge, if you are by definition disabled according to The Equalities Act, you are entitled by law for reasonable adjustments to be made in your case, this is what applies to private parking.

As a disabled charity you don't appear to know this, which is very surprising. Your misinformation above in regards to private parking is surprising, and disquieting, I can see that you are associated with Parking Eye, in what way has the information been provided is from them, or their trade body the BPA, who are not a regulator?
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

I see my comment is still "awaiting moderation". How long do they need?

I felt the need to comment too, whether or not it will pass moderation remains to be seen.

My comment hasn't appeared, (after waiting over a day for "moderation") how about anyone else's?.

What happened to my non-abusive and factually correct post, pointing out your factualy incorrect post and asking for some information supporting your incorrect claims about the legality of these tickets?

Am I to believe this is being ‘policed’ by propoganda people determined to peddle untruths?

Shame on you if that is the case. Hope you can sleep soundly at night.

Mine has been removed. It was factually correct, polite, and asked for supporting information on the legislation that makes these tickets legally enforceable. So I've left the above comment. I doubt that'll get past the Gestapo.

I see Stephen Leak has left an interesting post - talk about propoganda!!

Mine was removed as well. All I asked was the legislation that makes PPC tickets legally enforceable. Amended question asked:D

"Whilst local authority PCN’s are enforceable what about the mock PCN’s issued by private parking companies? Are they legally enforceable and if so by what legislation?"
"You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"

Before you complain too loudly, their forum is clearly polarised in the same way this one is, except it is in opposite phase.

Just as we try to suppress PPC interests that come on here telling lies, they are fully entitled to suppress anti-PPC interests that go on their forum telling the truth.
