Above is different to my supply which makes this subject all the more confusing.
Different rates are being applied as to your location.
Here are my tariffs for SW Scotland
Tariff: Online v3 Direct Debit (Ref. Code: PAIJ) Cubic feet Gas
ex vat inc.vat
2.550 2.678
1.816 1.907
Tariff: Online v3 Std Direct Debit (Ref. Code: P3B3) Electric
ex vat inc.vat
10.80 11.34
6.88 7.22
Gas rates are usually the same throughout the UK. The electricity rates vary with region.
I'm in Scottish Power region.
My tariff is exactly the same as yours.0 -
Is there any way to get the v3 EDF online rates now?0
-
No the tariff has been replaced by v5 now.0

How can you tell what tariff your on? I dont get all the v.3 v4 stuff. I think Im just on a standard credit tariff, Ive been with them a while used to be with London energy. My most recent bill was 15.03 for first 256 units then 7.43 for rest. Im in yorkshire which I know is quite a dear region but was wondering if this is a good rate or not? When I look at EDF prices online there only seems to be 1 standard tariff but if I go on uswitch there are several tariffs to choose from but none which say standard? I cant find any of the tariffs mentioned eg online, v3 etc, are these only availible if you contact them or something? Any help appriciated

Then 2.18p (i was one 3.2)
Elec

Then 7.82p (i was on 8.22)

I am currently on a capped 2007 for electrity which runs out at the end of this month. I have been told that all customers on this tariff are automatically being put on a new reduced rate tariif. She called it the Fixed 2008 tariff- - is this the same one?
Anyway, the prices are
Intial Rate 12.75p (standard rate is 13.55)
Then 8.22p (standard rate is 9.30)0 -
Note that these are Ex. VAT.

Elec
Band A = 900 units per anum (225 per quarter)
Gas
Band A = 5860kwh per anum (1465 per quarter)
You will then move to the lower rate. Hope this helps

You will move on to the new reduced rate against current core prices, however as you know this will be a higher tariff than what you were on previously.
The new pirces will then be fixed until September 2008. There is no premium for the privilege and your not tied in. If prices come down you will need to phone and request the lower price which will be done without any penalties.

Good Grief! and I was moaning that EDF were taking their time announcing tariff reductions...
I'm on the Dual Fuel Online V3 tariff, which is as follows...
East Midlands Region, VAT exclusive prices
Gas - First band 2.268p, then 1.762p
Elect - First band 11.6p, then 5.58p
I pay £28/mth for Gas and £18/mth for Electricity; Total £552/year.
After paying this amount for over a year, I had built up such a large amount of credit that EDF had to refund £70 on the gas and £25 on the electricity!
So really, I'm a lucky bunny!!
