    I'm also on v3 so no benefit in changing.

    Currently paying:

    Gas - 2.421p / 1.818p
    Electric - 11.60p / 5.58p

    Above is different to my supply which makes this subject all the more confusing.
    Different rates are being applied as to your location.

    Here are my tariffs for SW Scotland

    Tariff: Online v3 Direct Debit (Ref. Code: PAIJ) Cubic feet Gas

    Tariff: Online v3 Std Direct Debit (Ref. Code: P3B3) Electric

    How do i get am online tariff, just call up and ask? do they still offer v1? i moved into my house mid january.

    Does v3 show on the comparison sites. When I am trying to input my current supplier I'm pretty sure the selection is not there.

    Can anybody remember when the same tariff increased it's prices. TRying to look back at invoices and ukpower but it's all a bit confusing due to them taking 11 months to switch !

    iam an edf dual fuel customer and i have never heard of it?
    can i check online what V. iam on?

    v3 as I originally signed up to London Energy.

    check one of your invoices online, it should say on that.

    i signed up 3 years ago... with Sweb energy... so any idea what tariff this would be.
    there is no mention of it with my online billing

    The majority of the comparison sites are just checking the base rates as shown on the EDF web site (they tell you that your better off moving). A couple have a drop down for online Tariff V4 and V5.
    The only way you can tell what represents a true reduction is by comparing the rates shown on the best option for change with your own.
