End of Contract!
Hi guys!
I am currently with Orange on a 24 month contract, my contract ends on the 3rd of June (Finally) :j
I only just found out about this today and there isn't long since that date so I wanted to know whether I'd be able to cancel without any charge as most, if not all Phone companies ask you to give a 30 day notice
Looking forward to hearing from you guys! :money:

You have to give 1 month's notice. Otherwise your payments remain the same, if you are content with the handset then consider sim only.0

So I absolutely have to give 30 months, no less?
Okay, how about if I cancel the direct debit once the contract has ended?0 -

You can cancel a dd at any time, instruct your bank.
(You will still get billed of course, and they will pursue you for any money you owe.)0 -
Hmm okay, so if I don't owe anything it's okay to cancel the direct debit?0

Just call the give your 30 days notice. You'll only pay half next month as its pro esta. Cancelling dd will most likely end up with a trashed credit history.0

Cancel in tandem with your billing date, this saves any part month charges, and keeps things tidy.0

This is poor advice. Why "keep things tidy" by having to pay a full extra month?
If you want to cancel, then the sooner you give in your notice, the cheaper the final amount you pay will be!0 -
Hey guys,
If I ordered my phone from Mobiles.co.uk but my Sim is on Orange is it Orange that I call to cancel the contract?
Sorry for sounding silly hahaha0 -
yes - you need to cancel with your service provider - ie in your case - Orange.0
