Hi everyone,
much too lovely to stay indoors today, so I did a lightning sweep round the ground floor - shined the sink, hoovered and did the downstairs loo, and a load of washing.
Then I escaped to the allotment for a couple of hours in the sunshine. It's the first time I've managed to get there this year, what with doing a course, and DS1 being ill. He went back to school today, and has managed okay. He's home tomorrow as he has two appointments, and only one timetabled lesson. I'm planning on blitzing the bathroom tomorrow, and then sowing some seeds in the greenhouse.
pigpen Whatever you do, DON'T PHONE THE PLUMBER!!!!It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -

I'm always ok.. well.. usually.
I am rather more !!!!!! off than I was earlier.. it is all well and good having yourself a hissy, but I am the one having to explain to the children daddy is 'at work' and if he makes me miss DS2's growth appointment tomorrow I will NOT be happy!!! far from it.. they are meant to be increasing his dose and they won't if we aren't there! (apt is 3:45pm.. so he is having them from school.) There are also concerns surrounding his weight gain.. or rather the lack off which I need to discuss with them.
He ignored my calls earlier.. I only wanted to remind him about this appt and ask if I am meant to be doing his dinner. That as utterly immature too.
Somethings make you realise the general maturity of some people and ignoring calls is one of them IMO... [unless it is that infernal dental place that keep ringing me.. I pick up the phone and put it back down.. but I don't ignore it! lol]
Oh well.. another early night in order I think!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Ok, gave myself a kick and went and purged in kitchen, looks a lot better now. Ankle is aching, so having a rest and will try and tackle a few more bits before I cook myself some dinner. Trouble is kitchen is starting to look really nice, so don't want to ruin it by cooking my dinner out there!!Sorting my life out to give a better life to my:heartsmil 2 gorgeous boys :heartsmil0 -

Well, I had a good day. It's amazing what a bit of sunshine can do!
2 out of kids are in bed.
Dishes from tea are done, house looks reasonably tidy.
pigpen I hope things work out for you girl. Give your man a little slack, he'll need some time to lick his wounds and sort his thoughts out. That's men for you.. they need to retreat into their cave to think. 'Nagging' him will only make him run away faster and ignore you harder I'm afraid.
Hope you are okay though, and things work out for you.0
