Morning to you all on this beautiful sunny day!!
Kitchen & downstairs toilet  Not my favourite as like HopeElizzy I hate to my kitchen floor but like her I'll make it a priority today.
Michelle. I did WW after having DS. Lost 3st 11lbs and was full of energy with a healthy diet. Please don't beat yourself up about your dress. If she is your friend she will understand. My mum is making my dress for my sister's wedding in May and is being really helpful by leaving it till last as she knows my body shape and weight will change following the miscarriage and my need to shape up to feel better. I've lost 5 1/2 lbs this week :T
Busy day. Swimming. Haircut with 4 friends coming to mine for it with their kids and then gel nails (won in charity auction). Will need to get kitchen done before the nail lady arrives
Have a good day. LovePunky x0 -
Only just looked on here and I'm rebelling already :rotfl: The top priority on my list is to go all the way into town to buy 1 battery from Wilkinsons  That, of course, is only if our local "miracle" shop doesn't have them in. I could order them from ebay, but by the time I've waited for them to be delivered (plus there's finding the money for them! My Paypal account is looking a little empty!) I could have walked to and from town, collected them and I'm going to pop into either Poundland or Stationary Box (which is closing down and has some MAJOR bargins to be had
) and get a packet or two of jiffy bags to make the ebay wrapping easier
Right, need to move myself. I think I'll let DD do Pigsback while I sort out her hair.
Will check in later and actually sort out a list and get on with things...now where did I put my baseball cap?
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Michelle - be positive, you are still the same weight. It does take time to get things back to size. Mind you my feet grew a shoe size, and two years on still havent gone back. Nothing at all I can do about that.
I am cheating this week tbh, I have a few days off as does my OH. His b'day today so off out to do stuff, and tomorrow we are both off and the boys are at nursery - date day! I want to either de clutter the house or do the garden weather permitting later in the week. This morning just a quick clean before we go out. The joy of the 5.30am start does mean you can get a lot done 'out of hour'.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -

Right DS1 at school DD watching Snow White (Hi Ho Hi Ho.......) DS2 emptying the toy box - but he is happy and it will take me five minutes to tidy up when he has a nap. Nice and sunny here at the moment so about to put first load of washing out to dry:cool:

Don't forget the daily/night time routines of course!
If you fancy an extra job, sort one kitchen cupboards/other storage area, what's lurking? Sort any out of date items if it's a food cupboard, make sure short dated items at the front. If it's a bakeware/tubs cupboard make sure all items have lids with them, check for broken items which should have been binned.
Plus extras for me:
WM
TD (might put some out on the line if this weather stays nice )
Put clothes away.
SS bathroom
Phone around for DD preschool place in September (the one where I had put her name down where DS1 went has changed the start time to 9.00 which would be fine but it takes me 10 minutes to get her there from dropping DS1 at school so she would always be late!)
Just finish my cup of tea then Hi Ho its off to work I go...............
Happy flying everyone0 -
you guys are stars. :A Thank you for making me feel a bit better. It's me putting pressure on myself rather than my friend. I kept thinking to myself i would have been ready for having a big paddy if it had happened to me. I've started following WW again this morning, thinking i will look the best that i can in the time given with what i have available. My sister said to me this morning, it isn't my wedding, so why should i worry so much, and she is right.
New trauma anyway this morning. I noticed one of the cats had hold of a bird this morning - think it was a pidgeon. I've been watching it chase the poor thing around the garden for over an hour not knowing what to do about it. I tried to get the cat off it at first, but i couldn't get it back in the house, and the poor thing was already badly injured so i thought it probably kindest to let the cat finish it off. Wasn't imagining it would take so long, and the back garden is now a mess of feathers and blood. That set me off crying as well. I could get seriously worried about my mental health.
So far, zilch done. I have loaded up the washing machine, but not switched it on yet. I haven't even thought about tea, which i should do as i will need to get some meat out of the freezer.
I'm just enjoying the peace and quiet of the baby sleeping and the cats being banished to the outside.
Best get my head into gear now though.
Michelle, x0
