Azari can take pettiness to a whole new level.

You accuse Goater of being petty, then reply in the pettiest way ever !!

Hope the OP is satisfied now with their victory and this is the end of this thread !!

You do love getting involved in arguments that don't reference you at all. Any neutral party will see it was Sheldon who originally decided to start a pointless argument

Love the way you sidestep the salient point that I pointed out something you wrote that was utterly incomprehensible and you fret about that and TWO DAYS LATER try and get your revenge by pointing out an absolutely trivial error.

Hilarious! Someone retaliates by waiting two days and pointing out a trivial error and yet you accuse someone who mentions the disparity in the mistakes and the childishness of bearing a grudge over something so minor for days of being petty. Methinks you don't have a clue what "pettiness" means. :D

Trading Standards appear to have reacted unusually quickly and will not put their findings in writing....discuss?

Hello, and welcome to the site.

You have picked an interesting thread for your first contribution. ;)

TS usually do act quickly in cases like this because they like to make sure that any evidence is still available.

It is not their policy to make written reports to members of the public as this would involve them in unnecessary expense.

I'm satisfied as should you all be that the law was broken, that this has been acknowledged and that a suitable outcome has arisen. And BS and opinion have been properly put in their place as speculative irrelevance.

I believe the outcome was looked at speedily in light of forthcoming bank holidays.

I asked for it in writing but it is not something they do was what I was informed.

Really? Can you give us proof of this? Tell me where they state it is not TS policy? A link?
That's rather aggressive for a newbie post? Perhaps you may like to ask your own TS to explain the policy?

You are very aggressive for someone who only joined today. ;)

It was something they told me some years ago when I made a complaint.

If it really concerns you that much, phone them up and ask them. :D

So there's no proof your complaint was justified and no proof of outcome...yet?
Seems pretty obvious that you are one of the idiots posting in this thread that thinks that companies should be free to display misleading enticements for people to buy their products. And you're a very sore loser. Just have the guts to make your scummy accusations under your usual posting name. No one is going to be impressed with your hiding behind a gimmick account.

As you are new to the forum ;);) maybe we'll excuse your rudeness but we generally tend to assume people are telling the truth.

Once again, if you are really so concerned, you are quite free to contact TS yourself and report back.

However, given your somewhat suspicious arrival in this forum, and your rude and aggressive manner, you may find that you are not taken too seriously.

My TS are not in question. Are you really happy with a verbal reply from anyone who wont back it up in writing? What does that suggest?

It suggests that you have your panties in a complete wad because the outcome wasn't what you expected. Even if he had got something back in writing, what would you expect him to do? Send it to every member of the forum? In case you hadn't noticed this is an electronic medium. If you are so worried, find out the TS involved and phone them yourself.

So you are publicly calling me a liar.
