Well done hypno on getting everything finished and being able to go to bed happy and have an untroubled (I hope)sleep.

Your makeshift dinner sounds really yummy. What does your Norwegian student think of the 'unusual' meals in the hypno household?

You haven't mentioned your sister much recently. Is she still with you and is she feeling any better now?

The Norwegian said that today's dinner was yummy, so I don't ask any further questions!!

Sis is now at home decorating - she trashed her house in the "breakdown" she suffered, but is obviously channelling her energy positively at the min, so we are going to "run with it". She is off work for a few weeks, to get sorted. We are here all the time, should she need.

Def off to bed now - I keep thinking about going but keep coming back to MSE!!

Morning all. Course notes printed off, and ready to go! Hypno still in PJs and not ready to go!

The children are going to a ski thing in Milton Keynes - started off as being more or less "free" now is expected to cost about £150 :eek: Have had to take the money from their ski fund to pay for it. Bit cheesed off, but then it is all skiing so all the same thing really. They will enjoy it, although OH is not looking forward to it - he has a stinker of a cold and doesn't want to go anywhere, but of course I am teaching so I can't take them myself.

Then after teaching, I will come home briefly, before going to work for a couple of hours in the bar, then home again to get changed and go to friends 40th. Could quite do with the early night, but not to be!!

i feel so lazy next to you ...have finally finished that book you told me about (for some reason i struggled reading it ...could i be procastinating ) am at the stage of the note taking now and quite looking forward to giving it a go thanks again

Energy - now that's a laugh. I don't have enough!!

Just grabbing a last min coffee before heading off. El you have done better than me on the book - I haven't finished it yet! I am still trying to apply the principals though, and will give it another go this coming week.

see your getting to grips with it as you read it it took me that long just to read it i have all the hard work to do now ...no doubt will need to read the book somemore
