Hoorah! Normality is restored! (Sad to hear I missed the paidtoshop experience though)
So what's going on hypno? How are the little skiers? Did you do that carboot sale? etc etc etcTotal debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -
Hi Seaxwyn!! Good to see you again!
The little skiers are very tired, but happy. How come they have seemingly brought back far more than a week's worth of dirty washing though
Car boot sale.....hmmm....well.....no excuse.....just didn't do it. Have got a big ebay project going on though and have been very busy!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. No El, not sad at all - does go to show though that the best things in life really are free! (well, until we pledge money to the rebuild MSE fund, that is!).
True friends have been well missed these last few days! Even those of us that have managed to keep in touch have only managed to do so infrequently. The guys at PTS were great though, and I think I will go back and visit, but boy does it feel great to be back here!
Plus, I can rant again about the fact that I spent £38 on DS's school shoes today!! Bloody expensive!! That is my whole new food budget (see, I haven't had chance to mention new budgets this weekend) blown right out of the water :mad:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Oh good you're all back.
Was a bit of a nasty shock earlier to return from my travels to find the site MIA
I had a fab weekend except for the personal injury claim I now have against National Express-must go do a search for that. One very swollen knee and a £63 rail fare was NOT in this weekend's plans-however the friends I caught up with and the lovely Donny made up for itI Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
i just knew those comfy clarks shoes would rear their ugly head again lol .....0

Ooh that sounds nasty Duchy....I hope things are not too painful right now for you?
I will be going to bed shortly - have a busy day tomorrow and am just so happy that MSE is back....I can go to bed a happy bunny!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Clarks! Aargh! I must spend hundreds of pounds there each year.
One particularly galling thing is that twins are entitled to a 10% discount on Clarks shoes- but in 13 years as a parent of twins I have never got round to joining TAMBA, the twins association that gets you the discount.
Elantan, I have just learned your 'real' name on Facebook, and it made me feel weird! You can't have two names! You are Elantan!Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -
does it cost to join Tamba? If not, then make it a task to join there this week.......remember what the book says!!
A 10% saving is not to be sneezed at - that would give you a free pair of shoes each year!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
