    Hello hypno et al! :hello:

Good luck with the clothes drying without a tumble dryer hypno....welcome to my world! :D

The weekend was brilliant - I got bedding washed & dried plus a few other loads of stuff which got me pretty much up to date.

However we've now had two days since then so another load had to go on tonight and it is now mostly hanging outside to dry overnight (ok freeze....then dry tomorrow!) but a couple of bits are on the radiators.

It's now the time of year where you cannot quit looking at the weather forecast to see which days/evenings are best for washing & drying....and it'll be like this (for me) for about the next 6 months at least!

So - I empathise and wish you well but it's good that you have the tumble dryer to fall back on in emergencies so to speak.

Well I did wonder if I could cheat and do a load of towels in the dryer.....but I was good and refrained!

I will def be using the dryer for my therapy towels - they need dryer fluffiness!! That is only one load a week though, so not too much to worry about really.

Oh, forgot to mention that DD saw the doc in Austria today - all is well and nothing to worry about. What's more, it only cost 30€ instead of 90€!! She is very happy, as am I!!

Well, honestly!! All the unneccessary worry your GP and the German one put you all through before your daughter even went to Austria:mad: . I'm so pleased she carried on with the trip and that all is well. It must be a load off your mind, plus the Austrian medical saved you some money. Great result all round:beer:

Sorry I haven't been around for a few days but have just caught up with all the diaries I regularly read. I really hope you are enjoying your week but it sounds as if you are busier than ever:rotfl:

Have at last managed to get a few things listed on eBay yesterday, ending Sunday night after a 5-day listing, but will doing the rest to start Thursday for a 10 day listing as I haven't a camera until my neighbour gets home from holiday today and gives it back! One of the CDs I listed yesterday already has 3 watchers but no bidders so far. Oh well, early days. Even if I sell the lot I won't make much but it all helps and it's less unwanted clutter around the house which is maybe an even bigger bonus than the money!

Make the most of your child-free home
    Take care

    Good morning!

Stressed - yes it is the one in Trowse.

Imp, no need to apologise for not being around - I appreciate there is more to life than MSE (there is?)!! Hope you are good!

Today I am having a bit of a housework day - If I "work" this morning on housework and admin, then I can go to Pania's for a coffee at about 2!! Fairly good incentive then!

I thought I would make a start at 9am giving me a fairly good block of time to achieve something!! I have some more bits to ebay, have a form to fill in re my accident claim, and should make a start on some college work, as well as getting the house done, so will be fairly busy. I will allow myself to visit MSE every so often too though!!
