Hey James, long time no hear! Hope you are well at your end of the Acle Straight!!
I will pm you my address right now!!
Back home now after watching the rugby - didn't hang around once the whistle was blown.
I have also had another awful realisation today that I must have put on loads of weight - my clothes are uncomfortably tight.....I do not want to get on the scales, having had an unhealthy obsession with them in the past, but do need to stop eating chocolate again and just generally being a bit more careful. Since the accident, I have not exercised either, so need to make a bit more effort to walk more I think too.
So, just finishing off a box of choccies that my mum gave me yesterday (!) and then I will be heading off to bed, to awaken to another day, and one where I will attempt to eat a bit healthier!!!
So, anyone seeing me scoffing must slap me hard. And P, no more chocolate for me - please tell the market guy that he should reduce his buying this week.....:oSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. Glad the Hypno kiddies have arrived safe and well and are happy and ready for skiing...try and relax(if possible) this week while you've no student or kids to run around after,...that way your batteries will be recharged....take carexx0 -

hey hypno you havent been feeling sick at odd times of the day??;)
 What a terrible thing to say! lol!! Sympathies for the weight and the rugby, hypno - tho not surprised you haven't been exercising since the car accident, you couldn't really, could you.... maybe some gentle gardening today? I made a start, but will have to do a lot better, i.e. more regular. What have you got planned today? Not up yet, so probably a lie-in? A hypno lie-in, excellent news! :A2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
No, DEF not sick at certain times of the day!
I had a lie in - my bedside clock told me it was 8am which is pretty good for me, so imagine my shock when I logged on to my laptop to be told it was 9.43!! I think my clock needs new batteries!!
I have a meeting to go to in Peterborough today - good job it wasn't a 10am meeting or else my lie in would have been stress inducing!!
So, plan today (now that half the day is gone already!) is have coffee, shower and get dressed, get some milk from the shop then go to Peterborough. Will be back later this evening, although hopefully not too late!
Hope you guys all have a good Sunday - the weather seems to be pretty good so that is a bonus.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
hey hypno, I wokeup at 10 yesterday too which i was happy with, today the drink kept me knocked out until about 20 mins ago! hahaha
hope your enjoying your 'empty' house and relaxing a little, you deserve it wit all the hard work you put in.
i know how you feel about the weight. I'm in the same boat and worse, I've been on the scales to see the damage  desperatly need to do something, it's disasterous. Am going to look out my old exercise videos (and maybe have to buy a video player lol) and dvd's to see what I can do.0 -
Hi Hypno - hope Peterborough was as delightful as ever... I only ever visit when having passport problems (e.g. OH lost hers years ago and only noticed a few days before going on holiday  )
As for chocolate, I've found the don't break the chain thing works for me - http://dontbreakthechain.com/ and I have it on my default page so that I see it every day.
Have a good 'un

Hi hypno....hope you had a fantastic time in Peterborough.
Good luck with the chocolate withdrawals again. You can do it!
Exercise.....hardly surprising it stopped after you accident (as taxi said) but hopefully now you are able to introduce some gentle stuff - walking is great and all you need is comfy shoes!
Shame about the rugby eh? I watched it (I am not usually a rugby fan) and had fun working out what the *hell* was going on.
My fiancé (who is also not a rugby fan and prefers football) soon got tired of my jokes....
"Hand ball!"
"There's a big human crab on the field!" (scrum)
" They're chasing an egg!" (actually he said that yesterday and it stuck)
Anyway by the end of it I had a better idea of how the game is played and was gutted they lost!Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
Sainsburys Loan: Cleared July 2010
Credit cards: AMEX Airmiles Card: direct debit set to clear balance monthly

Hello hypno, Glad to hear the kids arrived safely and hope you and OH enjoy your week together and those dates!
I agree with your Norwegian friend, you do seem to do a lot of ironing. I practically never iron anything and no-one's complained. I just take care not to buy clothes that need ironing.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -
Evening!! just back from Peterborough - had a nice afternoon, and now I am going to walk up to the shop in the village to put credit on DDs phone. Notice I say WALK rather than take the car - might as well start as I mean to go on!!
Will be back online in as much time as it takes me to walk there and back, and get the kettle on.........Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
