This time next week they will be in Austria  It has come around so so quickly
They are very very excited though - their coach is coming tomorrow to collect their skis etc, so it will def seem very "real" then!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Hi taxi et al :hello:
I have just spent the last 10 minutes or so catching up with this thread and I was really inspired by all the housework that was done! :T
Hope the children have a great time in Austria.

Who is rutger heaur? I've never heard of him.
Lovely pic of DD, what a champion.
I have made no impact on the front room so far (sob), I've done loads of housework but it's only fire-fighting stuff, washing up and laundry...
Also I have just spent £56 on shoes and football kit for DS. It was weird being out on the high street on a Saturday afternoon seeing all the people indulging in leisure shopping. It's so long since I've done that. Entering anything other than a food shop brings me out in hives these days.
Right, have to hand the computer back to DD1 who is writing an essay.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -

Karmacat, freecell can be beaten! I had a serious addiction but haven't played it at all (or even thought about it) for some months now.
How???? How???? Hasn't been too bad today, but during the week I really can't afford the time any more... all tips gladly appreciated. From hypno:
Hi KC, hope you have had a good week away, and are energised as a result!
Yep, I am. I was getting ready to go into town this afternoon and thought, hang on, what am I going to do when I get there? I'll get some veggies at the Sunday market tomorrow, but today I really don't need to go. So I didn't, and instead I worked on the front garden, weeding and, believe it or not, a bit of planting, plus a work phone call ready for Monday. Tomorrow is the housework, tho, and the place is filthy, really filthy. Still want to try and do some work on the back garden too - its gonna be a busy day tomorrow!
You're working right now? Hope its not going too badly. From Seaxwyn:

Eek! The Harrison Ford film, Bladerunner, he was the blonde android. He starred in Ladyhawke too, that was really good. And he starred in The Call of the Wild, which I only know because Michael Shanks had two lines in it....
I've just spent 20 minutes on smiley central trying to do a fan thing, but I can't make it work, so there are no graphics with this....:( I did try...I can be *such* a geek :rotfl:

Morning guys! Why do mornings come around so quickly.......not fair
Anyway, have just about finished packing what I can for the coach to take to Austria - a quick trip to Primark to get "base layers" of clothing yesterday, and we managed to get some ex-hire sallopets for DD which worked out really cheaply so not too bad.
This morning is race training at 8.30, then get rid of the ski stuff and head home to collapse I think!!
I hope you all had a good evening yesterday and have a nice relaxing day today xx
